“I ordered some tulips for my Aunt who has been unwell. I ordered on Monday requesting a delivery on Wednesday. It is now Friday and the flowers have not yet arrived, even with the 2 day delivery window. Completely disappointing and the emails I have received after raising the issue have lacked any sort of apology and use the word unfortunately a lot! No tracking information is available.”

“I paid extra for delivery by DPD but did not receive notification of the delivery. Bouquet was supposed to be 25% extra but it was a standard small size.”

“Ordered on Sunday 6th March for delivery "next day", i.e. 7th March. Label on box said "next day" and confirmed order placed on 6th March. Not delivered until Tuesday 8th looking rather sad and without plant food. Disappointing.”
