We do advise on our website that with Royal Mail Deliveries, there is a 93% your gifts will arrive on the day you chose, however, there is a small chance they could arrive the next working day. “Flowers were ok. Delivery appalling. Box thrown over garden gate without regards for fragility of contents. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that the delivery methods have been iffy to put it mildly! Update on above - I have increased my rating as unexpectedly I have had a very positive response to my observations above. To me it is very important to have a caring response when something goes wrong with a transaction. I can say that in my experience FlyingFlowers customer care has been excellent. The flowers are also very good.”

“Your site said flowers delivered sat but my friend received them on Mon ,it's a new build house on an estate and I believe they dropped them at the estate office not the house so we're half dead by the time they reached my friend ! Very disappointed”
