“Sent my friend a beautiful mixed assortment of Daffodils through the post. She was over the moon with them & said they had such a lovely aroma & brightened up her day, which was my intention.”

“Flowers were delivered to wrong address, Gran therefore got 5 days after delivery. Price I paid was on paperwork too, would expect it buying flowers and especially as card said happy Mother’s Day you expect price not to be on gift.”

Good morning, I am sorry to hear this, please may you send us an email with some more information, there shouldn't be any paperwork and delivery is made by Royal Mail so I feel we need to look into this. Many thanks, Amy

“Roses have "drooped" after only 3 days. Disappointing. Was trying Flying Flowers again after a previously poor experience. Will leave it for a while again based on this order.”

“2 delighted recipients of beautiful flowers delivered on the days requested. I never use any other flower 'distributor'.1 delivery was next day by courier and the other (with more time)by postal services.”

“Placed order on the 8th. Received email on 9th saying there had been a technical problem and couriers couldn't deliver to area but would be delivered by Royal mail and there would be a 93% chance they would be delivered on my chosen date.On the 12th,my chosen date,I received an email to say that they had been dispatched. Royal mail put a card through letter box on the 14th saying parcel too big for letter box. Person was home all day and had to arrange for them to be collected from depot on the 15th. Very disappointing as they were intended as a surprise gift on a 60th Birthday and flowers didn't look like the picture of the ones I choose.”

“Lovely flowers, ideal for Mother's Day. My Mother-in-Law loved them! Delivery was early due to an error when selecting the date - note it's worth checking you have selected the right date before completing your order!”
