“Another example of excellent service, I ordered flowers early on Thursday and hit next day delivery, a delighted sister-in-law acknowledged delivery midday Friday. My go-to flower delivery company has proved themselves yet again, never been disappointed with either flowers or delivery.”

“Flowers were great but delivery by DPD was very poor. The flowers were left outside the building side fire escape door, no attempt was made to contact from the front main entrance. The flowers only arrived because the cleaner saw them and completed DPDs delivery for them.”

Hi Ruth, I'm sorry your flowers didn't arrive on the date requested. On our website we do advise that although with Royal Mail deliveries, there is a 90% chance your order will arrive on the date selected, there is also a small chance it may arrive the next working day. We do offer guaranateed date deliveries with DPD for an extra £3.99 if this is something that would interest you in the future. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. “Flowers were delivered to wrong address, Gran therefore got 5 days after delivery. Price I paid was on paperwork too, would expect it buying flowers and especially as card said happy Mother’s Day you expect price not to be on gift.”

“2 delighted recipients of beautiful flowers delivered on the days requested. I never use any other flower 'distributor'.1 delivery was next day by courier and the other (with more time)by postal services.”

“Placed order on the 8th. Received email on 9th saying there had been a technical problem and couriers couldn't deliver to area but would be delivered by Royal mail and there would be a 93% chance they would be delivered on my chosen date.On the 12th,my chosen date,I received an email to say that they had been dispatched. Royal mail put a card through letter box on the 14th saying parcel too big for letter box. Person was home all day and had to arrange for them to be collected from depot on the 15th. Very disappointing as they were intended as a surprise gift on a 60th Birthday and flowers didn't look like the picture of the ones I choose.”
