“Flowers delivered were nothing like the pictures, very disappointed and made worse by the fact they were a Mother’s Day present. I was given an instant refund when I sent pictures to complain.”

“The first bouquet had 2 drooping flowers and on photograph was half the size of those shown. The second bouquet was two days late and most of the flowers were just mush. The foliage was all dried up.”

“Flowers were ok. Delivery appalling. Box thrown over garden gate without regards for fragility of contents. This is the 2nd time in two weeks that the delivery methods have been iffy to put it mildly! Update on above - I have increased my rating as unexpectedly I have had a very positive response to my observations above. To me it is very important to have a caring response when something goes wrong with a transaction. I can say that in my experience FlyingFlowers customer care has been excellent. The flowers are also very good.”
