“well we were terribly disappointed and we are still waiting for them to get back to us. We order my mother in law a lovely bunch of flowers for mothers day, what turned up was anything but (see pictures below). Very poor quality and not what we ordered.”

“I ordered a bunch of Tulips and an awful bunch of half dead flowers turned up, with not a single tulip in sight. Upon contacting them, I was promised a replacement bunch, which never arrived. I was then offered 25% refund and only after a further 2 contacts was I offered a refund. Do not waste your time on this company.”

“Very disappointed with my Mother’s Day flowers. There were flowers missing and the quality of the flowers delivered was poor, they were droopy and lifeless and looked like they had been in the box for days without water. I called to express my dissatisfaction and the full amount I had paid was refunded but this didn’t really make up for the disappointment that spoiled my Mother’s Day surprise.”
