“Absolutely disappointed as my order made on March 17th does not appear to have arrived. My friend would have told me if they have. Will not use this firm again and would urge anyone else to give it a miss. Despite my emails - no response and no way to phone them.”

“Very easy to order, lovely selection of flowers on their website and a savy code or two meant even more of a bargain to be had. Can't comment on the flowers themselves as it was a gift, however I know that they arrived the day they were meant to and that the recipient was delighted.”

“Ordering was a problem but after several emails a refund was given for the second order placed. A second order had been placed because something went wrong when placing the first order and I didn't receive confirmation of it.”

“Really disappointed as I ordered for my mums 92 nd birthday. I live in New Zealand and haven’t been able to see her for 2 years and being able to send gifts is the only thing that I can do .it is now 3 days after her birthday and she still hasn’t received the flowers ordered for her birthday.”
