“The flowers I ordered were never delivered and if I’d not contacted the intended recipient I’d never have known! I emailed customer service who did give me a refund but this didn’t solve the problem of the lack of flowers! I emailed again to ask them to fulfil the order but they said they couldn’t do that and as far as they were concerned the matter was resolved! Will definitely not use them again.”

“I was lucky to get a special offer, and because of that my flowers came a day later. They arrived in a box, and when opened, they were secured in a lovely ribbon. A flower card was included with the words I wanted, and a leaflet on how to display them. Because of the longer delivery, most of the flowers were already open, but I can honestly say that they were beautiful, and I especially loved the sunflowers. Thank you🌹”

“My niece received them and she was very pleased she said the flowers are beautiful.... Your customer service team were very helpful too. Just one tiny thing it offered a small Teddy but couldn't find anywhere to request it. It was a little boy Theo who is 5 months and just undergone major heart surgery.... ❤️❤️❤️”
