“Very disappointing on this occasion. Flowers were two days late. Hopefully they’ll recover after a long soak in cool water. Particularly frustrating after I’ve been so full of praise previously on Trustpilot and when urging my friends and family to purchase from Flying Flowers.”

“The flowers were for my daughter and she was very pleased with them but one of the flower heads was broken. I contacted Flying flowers and they have promised to send another bunch. I consider this to be good service, although the replacement has not yet been received.”

“I ordered the flowers almost 2weeks ago for delivery on Sat 21st Nov. It's not clear when ordering that they go to royal mail which can put 2days on the expected delivery day??? The flowers arrived today not looking their best and missed the 40th birthday they were intended for. I will not be using flying flowers again.”
