“Genuinely very disappointed with the size and presentation of this bouquet, when taking into account the money paid for it. Feel like I've been ripped off. Flowers were not wilted, and delivery was quick, but the product itself just doesn't seem worth value for money”

“Bad mix up with flowers.couldn't supply original order and replace with coral carnation.plus chocolates.bunch delivered was not carnation but a mixture of odd flowers.and no chocs.e mailed and got promise of total refund and apologies.good enough and quick response.”

“Ordered and paid to be delivered on the day before mother's day, (Saturday). Emailed to tell me they were dispatched Friday and still nothing received by following Wednesday. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered two bunches of flowers - one delivered by Royal Mail and the other by DPD. The Royal Mail bunch arrived spot on time but the DPD driver left the other bunch on a doorstep in London without ringing the bell and they were stolen. I used Flying Flowers 'live chat' on their website and they sorted the problem, arranging another delivery and adding their own note of apology. Both bunches of flowers were beautiful, the recipients were thrilled and apart from an error by DPD, the system worked smoothly. I am very impressed by the quality of the flowers and Flying Flowers' response to the problem. I will definintely use them again and am happy to recommend them.”

“The bouquet that was delivered was not as described or illustrated on the website as the number of stems delivered were far fewer than expected, described and illustrated. In fairness to Flying Flowers on receipt of my complaint they issued a full refund. On the positive side the flowers were delivered on time and in good condition and the flowers that were delivered were of good quality.”

“Very poor service from start to finish brought 2 bunches of mothers day flowers at £27.99 each 1 for my mother and 1 for from sons mother and was very disappointed emailed flying flower and 1 person replied saying he will refund me 25% back which is £5.95 what a joke and also the advert states you get 25% extra flowers.”
