“Although ordered in plenty of time the flowers did not arrive on the day requested For a birthday surprise . They arrived the next day completely frozen , fortunately they did recover but it was a bit disappointing especially as our daughter has been quite poorly and we want Ted to cheer her up. We appreciate that some deliveries have been affected due to the covid crisis but this wasn’t pointed out to us when ordering .”

“Order No 10004060581 Very disappointing. These flowers were ordered on the 2nd January for a special Birthday on the 14th Jan and up to 11.00 today they still hadn't arrived . I received an eMail on the 14th from yourselves saying they were on their way but nothing arrived. Not a satisfactory conclusion to what should have been a happy occasion in these sad times. The flowers eventually arrived on Saturday afternoon................”
