“PROS:You all have come thru every time for me, except for a solitary UPS shipping problem, which you did not have any control over, yet you still went Above and beyond by refilling and re-sending my order! You are outstanding at taking care of the customer! Great design team, great customer care, and great products, with quick turnaround! CONS: I have received a few of my orders where a handful of the transfers were not complete, but I’ve not contacted the company about them yet, but I’m sure they will take great care of me!
