“Very poor service. Never received our trial templates after months of waiting. Instead we ended up using a local business which was fabulous.”

“I ordered a sample pack in April, I got them in August. I tried to place an actual order for a customer project and was told the turn around time would be over a week but you advertize 24 turn around to ship.”

“I have to be able to depend on a company and I couldn't even depend on them getting me a free sample to look at their materials. It's been 4 months since I ordered it and no sight of it. Probably not a good business model to live by.”

“June 9th I requested some samples. Over a month later, on July 18th, they finally shipped. As of today, August 11th, I still haven't received them. During that same time, I received samples from Transfer Express, and placed 3 orders. The lengthy delay, or perhaps lost shipment, does not instill confidence. As I've been unable to verify the quality of FM Expressions and determine which of their products would best suit my needs, I'll continue ordering from Transfer Express.”

“I spend several days trying to communicate with the company through email, live chat online and phone calls. I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and chatted online for an hour and still could not get my questions answered regarding pricing for DTF vs Fashion vs Athletic transfers. I have worked with this company for a couple of years and because of this, Edward stopped trying to help me so I could put in an order of several hundreds of dollars with this company.”
