Have ordered several times. They claim next day ship out for most of their products which I have always ordered but their orders don't ship for over a week most of the time. I ordered June 19 and it was shipped June 28 and delivered June 30. Not timely enough for using for a small business. The transfers always transfer well and look great. Any issues I have had in the past, they fixed right away but the shipping is misleading when they tell you next day ship out. :(

it seems like the new websites are put up before the bugs are worked out. They can be complicated and not user friendly. I feel like a website like this should be intuitive so any user could access it without complications Ive recently had issues with logging on to our business account and i have to find the boss to get his 6 digit keyword. That is not convenient and i wish there was a way around it. When we order transfers, we can't go back and look up the order or see the artwork we send.

The application process is great! Low heat, hot peel. The colors leave a little to be desired. Thecolors are not as vivrant as other printers that I have used. Side by side on the exact shirt is no comparison. The process of ordering and receiving the product was quick and easy! Great updates throughout the process.

I ordered two different FMX transfers. There was an issue with the machine for my second order. My support specialist, Lindsey W., was phenomenal. She explained the problem & once the next FMX was finished offered to send next day air so I would receive in a timely manner. I received an email about the machine being fixed, but the order wouldn’t arrive in a timely manner for me. I called to speak with Lindsey, but she was unavailable. This support specialist suggested I change to DTF at no extra cost. I did. Loved the FMX transfers. The DTF wasn’t a smooth process. Reached out to customer support Lindsey answered. Again, she was so helpful & sent a video. The video didn’t help. After several messages ups, we lowered from yhe suggested temp & it worked. I don’t recommend DTF. Highly recommend FMX transfers.

Communication sometimes is lacking! I am not as tech savvy and I need a little more help than some. It seems that when I get emails about the artwork, it’s a little confusing especially with this new art program that you are using. Please be a little more understanding to us older folks. Sometimes it’s better for me to talk with someone about the artwork! Thank you! Eddy Langston

I have used FM Expressions for years and have always been pleased. I have had a few mistakes over the years, but they have been attentive and got them taken care of. I don’t know the new website, while I like the sizing feature, everything else about it is confusing and doesn’t flow. I feel like since the new website started my designs look great in the proof but then arrive and appear very pixelated.

The shipping times keep changing. I have an order that was supposed to ship on Monday and it is still in production. Each day it just says shipping today, but doesn't. Kinda frustrating.

Great quality. Website is difficult to navigate. Sending and sizing custom images very hard. When using switch, I wish we could catalog our work for the future.

We have been a customer for several years, and always have been pleased with the quality. Our last few orders were not so perfect and after several emails and calls back and forth FM Expressions resolved the problems and we will continue to be a happy customer.

Print out and quality of products are amazing. Customer service and rules however make it tough sometimes for some jobs to go through. Over all service gets the job done though!

F&M Expressions does exactly what I ask of them. The only issue I see is on time delivery even when I pay extra for next day shipping. This is why I rate them as acceptable and very good

The customer service is very easy to work with and communicates fairly quickly. The turnaround time for artwork is a little slower compared to other services. I've tried the water-based transfer and it works pretty good. Be careful, the water-based transfer and easily peel up or look like a vinyl it not adhered correctly. If water gets in, it over. It becomes wrinkled like a vinyl and peels off. I'm not a huge fan of the white athletic transfer, it cracks extremely fast on garment. The samples I received in the mail, performed a lot better, especially the athletic transfer. I don't know if it was because it was colored or not. Yes, I have a good heat press and I was constantly checking my pressure and temperature. Sometimes, I had to press twice for it peel off correctly. I would use them again because they do have competitive pricing.
