I spend several days trying to communicate with the company through email, live chat online and phone calls. I was on the phone on hold for over an hour, and chatted online for an hour and still could not get my questions answered regarding pricing for DTF vs Fashion vs Athletic transfers. I have worked with this company for a couple of years and because of this, Edward stopped trying to help me so I could put in an order of several hundreds of dollars with this company.

In March, I ordered samples to evaluate FM expressions products, here. I am on July 18 and I still have not received those samples. It does not reflect well on the company.

It has been six months, and I still haven't received my sample. They keep telling me that they are "busy". I run a business, and I can not rely on such an unprofessional company!

I own a small T-shirt business and was excited to see that you had vintage formula and was excited to give it a try. Nothing transferred, even though I was following the directions exclusively. I tried to order a sample pack, but never received it so I am kind of disappointed that I wasted the money.

I goofed by not putting in enough effort to research before using their service. I should have looked deeper into the company. Reviews might have warned me about their issues. Fortunately,RANGEPRO.ORG listened to my complaint. Their team took my concerns seriously and acted swiftly to fix the problem. I received my refund last week thanks to their help. This quick refund was a huge relief and demonstrates that RANGEPRO.ORG values its customers.

Website went from a 5 Star to 1 Star, because of the changes you have made. The user interface makes no sense. I have since started using another service because of your website. Hope you can get it reworked. It's a shame to lose business over this.

They took almost 2 months to ship my samples. There is NO way i would order my transfers from this place.

Ordered samples took over two months to arrive tested the transfers 2 out of 3 worked fine nothing special strange odor from the fmx sample. The vintage transfer had a glue outline I didn’t care for and the did work for me.

So "same day turnaround" NOT TRUE.. I finally got my order and now it is crunch time. I also wanted the 2 items put on the same sheet and ended up paying 2 SET UP fees instead. I was very dissatisfied for a first time order. I will not order again as I did not get what I wanted. Wendy

I was excited to try this product. My transfers came quickly, unfortunately, there was banding in them. I reached out to customer service, they said it would be a couple days before they could print due to technical issues. When my reprints finally came, but only did they have banding again, but now there were registration issues. I emailed customer service Friday around 1pm to let them know if the issue and request a refund. I did not hear back until I followed up again Tuesday am. I expected them to try to keep a relationship with a new long term customer, but they did not. Myb refund request was granted, I emailed them Shaun, but received no response. I will not use this company again. They reps I met at Impressions were great. So disappointed in this experience.

It’s very inconvenient to send me partial of my order, I didn’t send you partial of the payment! They only sent me Two pieces out of 10 of my order and have the nerve to ask me what two of the order I received SMH DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FM EXPRESSIONS I DO NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
