“The box I ordered is a gift that will be delivered later this month, but so far my experience of Fodabox is good. All I would say is that I found the website because my google search threw up borough box as the company name and that was what made me choose it. Good luck with the brand change…”

“Ordered from here last Christmas. Gift didn’t arrive until the middle of January and every email I sent was ignored even the one requesting a refund. Horrendous service I would avoid like the plague if you are ordering a gift this year. Not surprised they have rebranded.”

“This was the 1st time I had ever used this service, it was for an item that I couldn't find elsewhere else so I was so pleased to source it, the service provided was fantastic,from ease of ordering to timely well packaged delivery.”

“We sent a food box to a friend who had lost her father. The box was lovely and the friend we sent it too appreciated and enjoyed the contents. However we paid for next working day delivery meaning it would have arrived on a Monday and it didn't arrive until the Wednesday which was the day of his funeral, less than ideal on that front.”

“The personalised mug I bought for my grandson's 18th birthday was perfect! Just what I wanted and well presented and packaged. It also arrived very quickly, delivered by Royal Mail. I also ordered him a hamper but he hasn't got that yet, so I can't review it! But I am impressed with your company and would recommend. Thank you!”

“First time of trying this company. Full marks for delivering on the exact date requested but……….one of the key items was missing and replaced with a duplicate of another, cheaper, lesser item. Not impressed. Don’t think I’ll use them again.”
