“Delivery was slow - 9 business days in total (and order was pre Black Friday) No communication as to whether the goods had been dispatched or not. I wasn’t in a rush to receive them so it didn’t cause me any problems.”

“Sorry to have to give this feedback, but was promised an advent calendar by 30 November and just received today! After some to-ing and fro-ing trying to track parcel down! Now this may have been the carriers fault, but I purchased from you so as far as I am concerned, it's up to you to deliver and manage the logistics to meet your customer's expectations.”

“Hamper box purchased as a birthday gift, it was well packaged, the trunk it was presented in was really nice and the products were good quality. Slight delay with delivery but all issues were dealt with swiftly. Will be buying again!”
