“This was a gift and dispite the name of the recipient being on the order it was omitted on the delivery slip. As it was delivered to a busy big office caused a lot of confusion”

“I received my order within a couple of days. Sadly it was damaged in transit. I emailed fodabox and within a couple of hours they got back to me offering me an immediate replacement or a full refund. I opted for a replacement as I wanted it for a gift. The replacement arrived the following day completely intact. You can’t ask for better service than that. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them and will certainly order from them again.”

“Product fine, but deliverers left box on doorstep where it remained for 4 days (recipient was away unknown to me). Result was packaging became soggy and unreadable. Luckily house is in quiet spot!”
