“Customer service is excellent. We had a problem with the delivery of a gift - not Boroughbox’s fault, rather the delivery company failing to deliver as instructed - but the matter was quickly sorted out. Quality of products really appreciated by the recipient.”

“I was really excited to receive this as a gift from my work leadership as part of a team building activity. I selected it based on the contents shown on the website. I was very disappointed with what arrived. I chose the afternoon tea selection which had a lovely variety of items in it… i chose it for the snacks. However, sadly what arrived included 3 boxes of the same biscuits and some ale flavoured popcorn. It felt like they had run out of stock and just chucked in whatever they had left. If I had paid £29.99 for it, I would have been very disappointed. Delivery was super fast and it was well packaged. I think the idea is great. But the execution was a huge let down.”

“Ordered the pub snack box for my brother in law. He loved it. Great variety and a change from usual gift ideas. Got delivered earlier than requested but I was credited the delivery fee which was unexpected but pleased how it was dealt with.”

“We placed an order with Borough Box and when I didn't receive the order I sent an email which also was sent to the seller. It transpired that the seller actually canceled their account with BoroughBox and no longer produce the products that were advertised and could not fulfil my order. BoroughBox has not responded nor issued a refund. This is the second time I made a purchase through BoroughBox. The first time all went smoothly but after the current experience I wouldn't purchase from them again.”

We've made a lot of progress over the past 12 months but clearly still have work to do!
