“They loved it, they really really loved it! I sent this box to a London hotel to greet friends who just got engaged, as we were not able to attend the party they had. They loved it! It was the perfect thing - a big surprise, plus something to snack on when they returned from the party”

“The tin arrived dented and many of the crisps were broken into small pieces. Not good, but when I told Lisa at Borough about it she couldn't have been more helpful and sent me a replacement tin. It's not making mistakes that matters (so much) it's how you deal with it. Borough have their heart in the right place. Great remedial service. Thank you. Andrew”

“Bought the craft beer and Snack box as a gift. It was very well received by the Birthday recipient and was presented in a lovely box. There are such a great variety of different tasty beers and snacks that has been throughly enjoyed. The gift sets are amazing and I will definately be ordering from here again.”

“While the order was a bit problematic I have to say that both BoroughBox and Lynn Bank Farm went out of their way to address a couple of minor problems with the order. I mucked up the instructions on how to include a gift message (make sure you click on "save message" once you've written your message(!) and a very patient customer services staff member explained to me where I had gone wrong. There was a bit of a problem with the order itself which was quickly and saisfactorily rectified by Lynn Bank Farm. All in all things worked out very well. I'll shop here again. Thank you to both BoroughBox and Lynn Bank Farm for being responsive and helpful.”

“We purchased a BoroughBox as a Fathers Day Gift found by a google search as I had never heard of them. It arrived promptly and was well packaged and was a gift that was well received and something away from the norm of boring dad socks etc! The gift box was presented really nicely and the items we ordered were well protected and hidden within. It proved a ideal present with quality wine and individual little gems of artisan products and produce you wouldn't find on the shelves. It's fantastic to know you are supporting individual businesses selling products that are just wonderful and something different as a gift! Definitely recommend for gifts and for buying individual products anytime that are amazing! Will be ordering again 100%.”

“Artisan Ice Cream Kit - S'Mores WOW. Super easy to make and super tasty too. Love the little tubs and spoons to serve with but to be honest tasted so good straight from tub smothered in chocolate topping and mini marshmallows. Would definitely recommend and will buy again”

“Unsure what to get my old dad for Father's Day, this was the ideal gift. If I was to be overcritical, I would have thought a box of crackers would have been included, especially as the main item was cheese, but never the less, he really enjoyed it all. Thanks”
