“I found it very frustrating that I couldn't add a couple of items to my order, I had done this on a previous order. Contact by phone is impossible, my email was misread so I felt very disappointed and my gift was not as I intended. Perhaps items that cannot be added should be marked accordingly. My gift box arrived a day early(ok) but was left under a bush, luckily it was not raining.”

“Really poor - I ordered a gift and payed extra for next day delivery, which took 3 days. The gift was time-sensitive which was why I paid extra for it to be delivered in time, so when it was delivered the recipient wasn't there anymore. I was refunded postage only, which wasn't appreciated when I had to spend money on buying another gift. If you are offering a service like this, you need to be using reputable couriers, or Royal Mail, not Yodel!”
