“Paid through PayPal, which changed the delivery address. It was a gift for a friend which ended up at my address. Sorted quickly, but it PayPal is an option please sort so doesn’t happen to others. Very pleased with box and contents!”

“Really pleased with the speed in which my order was delivered, it was delivered way ahead of the delivery time stated and as this was a birthday present for a friend, it was greatly appreciated. The content itself was brilliant and the perfect gift for a cheese lover!”

“I never tasted any of the stuff from borough box I bought the cakes for my friends birthday and chocolate too I thought the chocolate looked good so ordered a box for me and my son as you got two boxes but I didn't taste them my son Ryan said they were good chocolates so I will be ordering cakes nexh month and hopefully I will taste the stuff next time I order especially cake as I love sponge cake and battenburg”

“Unfortunately my experience was not great. Booking online was not at all easy. I tried on numerous occassions to order online and there were continual issues with a number of things - a gift code not working, error messages when I tried to order items, which I contacted the company about with screen shots and was not resolved. I just continued to try on different platforms and by chance it eventually worked. I also think a delivery fee for different items (that come from different suppliers) is a little steep / too expensive. With a delivery charge of £3.10 from each supplier, very quickly you have spent over £6 just on delivery. In the end I chose to select two items from the same supplier, which made sense but meant I was getting pretty much the same product - nougat, just a different flavour, whereas having nougat and something else would have been nice.”

“Sent the Port and Cheese and Pink Gin and Tonic as family birthday presents on consecutive days. Both arrived on the correct day in perfect order. The cooling pack with cheese was even still cold on arrival. Both recipients were delighted with their presents and are enjoying the contents. I’d be happy to order gifts from BoroughBox again.”

“Most products that I've ordered were amazing! There was just one product from a particular seller that had an "old" taste. Another downside is the amount of packaging used -- luckily it was all recyclable. Other than that, no bad comments. Will definitely order again!”

“I took advantage of a combined postage offer but normally you have to spend £50 with each seller to get free delivery. Some of the sellers only sell a few items so it's often impractical. My three sellers combined were very different in their speed and efficiency and one took over a week. Not Boroughbox's fault but there is little detail about delivery speeds and the whole combined sales idea seems imperfect and poorly thought through. For this reason it's unlikely I would buy again”
