“I ordered a kombucha set for my wife's birthday. Unfortunately the first order was damaged in transit and did not arrive and the second also leaked. However Boroughbridge happily sorted out the problems and sent the last order in tape marked Fragile which seemed to do the trick. The kit itself seems fine and the problems did not really seem their fault.”

“Love the variety of delicious and healthy products you sell, but I don't want to pay separate shipping costs for each seller. It ends up getting ridiculously expensive. Why can't your sellers ship their products together in a common box to save your customers having to pay separate shipping costs?”

“I ordered two craft beer gift boxes for colleagues. I paid extra to have both parcels arrive at their respective addresses the next day. The first one arrived 5 days later and the second one is now approx 10 days late (still not received).”

“The product was good. The service was disappointing: I paid extra for faster postage so that it would arrive in time to be given as a present. Unfortunately it didn't arrive on time, so two days after it was due, I contacted Fodabox as the money had been taken from my account but I also had not received a confirmation email. Fodabox found my order and said the supplier posting it was out of their control (so why promise a delivery date?). They gave me an order number but this didn't work in their tracking facility. The product did arrive two weeks late - thankfully as it was fudge it wasn't perishable.”
