“Delivered gift 3 weeks earlier than the date specified ruining the surprise . As a result sent birthday message upon delivery telling person what the gift was before they’d opened it . Wouldn’t use this service again”

“Excellent overall experience and a good choice. However the parcel has still not been received by the recipient. The courier contacted me yesterday to say they would not be delivering the parcel due to a delay, even though I had been informed that morning, that it was out for delivery. I can't understand why this has happened as the courier had the parcel for at least 2 days. I am very disappointed as the surprise has now been completely spoiled.”
