Having checked your order we can see the delivery address was entered incorrectly during checkout and we were not made aware of the error until after your order was showing as delivered. “This is the second time I’ve ordered the Borough box for my dads Birthday, as he loves trying different ales and beers that are new to him. The snacks are also premium quality and of the kind you’ll find in the best shops. He was extremely happy with the selection and loves to reuse the presentation box’s they come in after finishing the goods 👍 Many thanks”

“Wasn’t great, was meant to arrive for my daughter’s birthday on the Tuesday and didn’t arrive until the Friday! The charcuterie was lovely when it finally arrived, but I won’t be using you again. Spent a lot of time chasing the parcel and nothing was sent to my daughter as an apology!”
