“Terrible, absolutely awful. I am furious and upset. I have tried to do something nice and send my friend a care package as he has just lost his mother. I paid for express delivery over a week ago and I am still none the wiser if this has been delivered or not. I have had to message a grieving man to check his address because your website is awful and doesn't pre-populate. You also use Evri which is the worst courier service imaginable. I have messaged your customer care team to ask for the address to be checked and updated, this could not be done. I was told to message Evri, they have updated and reconfirmed the address however the driver still couldn't find the property and I received a notification to say the parcel has been taken back to yourselves. However a day later, I have received an email to say the parcel has now been delivered but I have not had any contact w my friend to say anything has been delivered. It feels as if the package has been delivered back yourselves which has prompted this email confirmation of a delivery. Or do Evri often return a parcel and then also try sending it again? This is an absolute joke and you have lost a customer for life.”
