“Bought Dad box as a gift for my husband and pimped it by adding the extra 4 snacks. He’s very happy. All snacks have been very much enjoyed. No issues with delivery - arrived on specified day and was able to track delivery driver”

“I have used BoroughBox several times now for treats for my family and friends and everything has been superb from the ordering, delivery and most of all the products. This latest order included a coffee treat for my Son on his birthday and an icecream treat for his daughter for hers. Both recipients were delighted so thanks again BoroughBox.”

“I placed an order for a gift for my father's very special birthday - but sadly it was not delivered on the day as requested, or the following day, or the day after that.... BoroughBox handled it all well and my request for a refund, and investigated the missing delivery with the courier company, hence the 3 stars - but I advise that you change courier company as their excuse for non delivery on the chosen day was not truthful, and no excuse was given for non delivery on the subsequent days.... I must admit i will hesitate to order from you again because of the courier company you choose to use.”

“I was searching for a small food and drink hamper to send to colleagues to consume during a team virtual event, there wasn't much option if you wanted a selection with nice presentation and BoroughBox ticked all that I needed. As I ordered a bulk order I emailed customer services rather than placing 60+ individual orders on the website. The representative I dealt with was quick to respond and helpful. However, I encountered a couple of problems with the deliveries. Certain hampers were missing several items but the representative quickly rectified the issue and the additional items were quickly received. The second problem was a gluten free recipient received an item in her box, which was a substitute due to her gluten intolerance, but the substitute item was not gluten free. Again I reached out the representative who has taken all details to ensure this doesn't happen again to another customer. Despite the issues I would still order again as they were quick to fix any problems.”

“My friend had just come out of hospital after emergency triple by-pass surgery, so I wanted to send something delicious but healthy. This is no lie, after he received this fabulous box he told me that the two best things that had happened since his operation were seeing his three kids again and getting Borough Box (and he wasn't entirely sure which one came tops!!). I was so delighted that the Box I purchased online was actually as fabulous in reality as it appeared to be online. I am deeply grateful to the Borough Box team for bringing delight to this dear friend.”

“I have ordered 3 boxes recently. The first was for a friend who has been having hospital treatment, the second was for my daughter-in-law who did not get the new job she had applied for and the third was for my godson's partner who is an NHS worker and has had such a stressful year working in ICU. I felt they all deserved a treat for very different reasons and they we all so happy with the gifts when they arrived. Thank you”

“Had a query to my boroughbox order and someone replied to my email almost immediately. The next day I had an email off boroughbox about an item unavailable so I replied and once again I received a reply back straight away. Fantastic customer service and my delivery arrived on the day specified.”

“Placed an order with Boroughbox on 16 March, still hasn’t been delivered and it’s nearly April! This was a birthday gift for my nephew which has been completely ruined!!! Very poor service!!!”

Hi Kate, Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I can see from our system that you placed your order on the evening of 16th March, your order was then processed for dispatch the following day on 17th March. Your order was sent on a Standard delivery service as you selected and paid for at the checkout, which is a 1-3 day delivery service. Your order was then delivered on 19th March. It looks like we've fulfilled our obligations with your order and I would just like to know if there was anything we could have improved on? Many thanks, Boroughbox
