“Ordered three hampers and their courier tried to deliver to our office on Saturday. It is a large managed building. Courier website stated that driver was told we had moved. This was obviously not true - apart from the fact there would have been no one there to tell the driver that. We contacted BoroughBox customer service on Monday 11th Jan. Nothing. No response. Still nothing by 18th January. Two emails and a phone call. No response. Finally heard from them - but only when they had received the hampers back. Since we had already now purchased three new hampers from other companies, we asked for a refund. Finally a refund was received on 25th Jan. BoroughBox use Yodel - be warned - and their customer service is very, very slow to respond.”

Sometime these courier issues can be tricky and take some time to sort out, regardless we should have responded to you quicker and I'm sorry for this. “Amazing service and great product. There was a bit of a problem with the delivery of my order (not the fault of BoroughBox, but a mixup with the delivery company) and the lovely Pedro sorted it out straight away and with no hassle at all. Everyone loved the boxes they received. Will definitely order from BoroughBox again!”

“I ordered a food and wine hamper to be delivered to my son and daughter in law during COVID lockdown and they loved it! They really enjoyed all the products in the hamper. I found the BoroughBox team to be very efficient - they communicated clearly regarding delivery times and kept me up to date. I wil definitely be using BoroughBox next time I want a gift delivered to friends and family in London.”

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the bad experience you've had with us. It's such a shame we are no longer able to offer shipping to Ireland or anywhere outside mainland UK at this time. “The "Box" of food which we ordered was for our son as a small present for his birthday and a "thankyou" for all he had been doing for his two "oldie" parents. It was despatched on time to him, he and his partner totally appreciated all lt's contents. It goes without saying that my wife and I are very happy with the ordering, despatch and contents of the box and will use your good offices again. With our thanks, Rev'd Fr. “Good selection of food/drink. Was shipped by required time even with Covid complications. Would be nice to be able to give feedback after each box to possibly tailor the next selection a little but understand this would complicate the process”

“Due to being let down by another supply company, I hastily reordered a gift hamper box of vegetarian treats to be sent to a family member living in London. The order was dealt with swiftly, items were chosen, packaged, sent out and delivered in an extremely professional manner. The gift was greatly received and the recipient was delighted with the whole experience. This is most definitely my go to place for food hampers etc.”
