“Phone arrived a few days late but I think this was due to the Xmas post. The phone should have been unlocked but arrived locked to EE. Fone giant was contacted by phone and the unlock code was emailed by to me by end of day. Apologies were given and quick friendly result from their service dept. Phone came with a brand new charger and original box”

“Note 3 ordered Tuesday around 15:30 it arrived next day before noon. The phone was in nearly new condition and works flawlessly on all functions. Very pleased with purchase + a 6 month warranty as well. Thank you.”

“Bought a refurbished samsung galaxy s6 from fonegiant. 3 months later it stopped working and having looked the issue up, thought it was repairable. Sent it back as was under warranty and was fixed within a week. Only thing I would say is that they don't pay for postage. Very good service and very good prices as well.”
