“Actually I have a problem with my phone. Since I received it I often found that after a minute or so the audio would distort and break up and then the line would drop. Initially I thought maybe to signal repeater box that orange installed in my house was the cause of this problem. They sent a new signal box and problem is still there. I find that even when out of the house in a known good signal strength area I often get exactly the same problem. I want to return my phone and exchange it for another. Can you advise what you can offer me. Regards Stephen mcnamara”

“Phone looked brand new. I confirmed the warranty with the manufacturer. Service excellent just one comment. Ordered over the Holidays so did not arrive for four days, so suggest website updated to working days rather than next day. But on first working day customer service replied to my E-Mail. Will recommend fonegient to friends & family.”
