Very disappointed as phone described as immaculate was badly worn The Ace Galaxy 3 that I purchased was described as Grade A Immaculate and complete with box.giving me the impression it was as good as new. It arrived in an almost flat envelope giving the impression that the box containing the phone was smaller than I thought. The phone had been provided without a box. The screen was badly scratched as there were rub marks and scratches on the back too. Had a helpful text chat on their web page and I was promised the correct item the next day - the problem was said to be a mistake in the dispatch department. Fonegiant need to sort this out as other people have reported similar problems. Their representative promised the replacement phone would be properly checked. I mentioned I was now worried about batteries and getting something heavily used with limited future life. Hopefully I will be able to give a better review on the replacement mobile phone. Will try and put some pictures of the alleged immaculate phone on my Facebook page. UPDATE - Customer Service through Adam and the web page chat was OUTSTANDING. This means of communication is so helpful for those like me who are hearing impaired and furthermore it avoids expensive telephone charges. As promised a Samsung Galaxy Ace was delivered as a replacement the next morning. The item originally ordered was out of stock and therefore an upgrade was provided. I don't think that the wrong item was sent out as part of a fraud. Other customers to have provided reviews or complaints about getting the wrong items but there is a high proportion of four and five star reviews to those one or two star reviews where there have been problems. My original review was two stars but I have now upgraded it to four stars to reflect a balance between the superb Customer Service support and the errors of their dispatch Department that could perhaps be easily resolved

Although the sent the wrong Ipad out, 16gb instead of 32gb, the remedial response was excellent. Quick reply - option for a discount or exchange - I took the exchange - return post label sent immediatly, posted it on Monday, 32gb Ipad recieved today Thursday. When things go wrong, that's when you find out the calibre of the company you're dealing with - FoneGiant passed with flying colours - Well done guys.

The website was clearly laid out with concise descriptions of the phones on sale and prices. Having selected a phone, delivery was prompt and the phone was exactly as described on the website - in fact apart from the seal on the box being broken, the phone looked brand new and unused. I have used the phone daily since receiving it and it works perfectly. I will go back to this supplier when I want to update my phone.

Buying process was simple although slightly worrying at first due lack of emails after first order confirmation. However, chat service was great, quickly gave the order and dispatch update and phone arrived next day. Phone was as described, in new condition.

Although the phone was faulty there was no question at all about refund . Problems do occur but it's how a company deals with them that matters .

Actually I have a problem with my phone. Since I received it I often found that after a minute or so the audio would distort and break up and then the line would drop. Initially I thought maybe to signal repeater box that orange installed in my house was the cause of this problem. They sent a new signal box and problem is still there. I find that even when out of the house in a known good signal strength area I often get exactly the same problem. I want to return my phone and exchange it for another.
