“Delivery not on time which cost me time and money. Phone screen smashed, impossible to remove sticker on the back, hair in sides, muck between button. No compensation for money I have had to waste rectifying the issue. Thankfully your customer services team have been very prompt showing me how to return and reclaim my money.”

“The phone was exactly as described, 10 out of 10, I can't fault it! The price was £59 cheaper than a new phone but you couldn't tell the difference. Delivery was the day after next day, but I was expecting this as I had originally ordered after 2pm so had missed that days post! My one criticism was that the charger plug supplied was a bit scuffed up and dirty, but it works and the cable supplied was new and still wrapped. Minor grumble but still worth 5 stars.”

“Bought a Galaxy S4 two days ago (new years day), arrived today as promised. After buying an imitation phoney (pun intended) on a different site, was super pleased to get a genuine product exactly as described - immaculate condition -, real, on time. Can go back to a decent phone finally. Happy days!!”
