“Ordered a phone that was described as Grade A, unlocked and in immaculate condition. When it arrived the LCD had bright white patches on it that were mostly noticeable on a white background and the phone was locked, not unlocked as was advertised. I contacted them as I didn't consider this to be immaculate condition and to tell them the phone was locked. When they came back they said they would send me instructions on how to unlock the phone in the next 24-48 hours and offered free headphones to make up for the issue with the LCD which I found to be an unacceptable offer and told them I wanted a replacement phone instead. When they didn't get back to me I called them and they said I could send it back but that Grade A phones do have some minor signs of use and wouldn't accept that if you list something as immaculate it should not have ANY signs of use. They then told me they could exchange it but that I would have to pay the return postage because they didn't consider the issue to be a fault with the phone and they also could not assure me that the replacement phone would be in immaculate condition, so I told them that in that case I would just send the phone back for a refund. They then emailed me the next day to tell me that they could in fact send me a replacement phone with a perfect screen and I responded that I would accept it as long as it was in immaculate condition and I sent the phone back that same day by next day delivery. After hearing nothing from them for 4 days afterwards, I emailed them to ask what was happening and the response was that a replacement phone would be sent to me in 1-3 days which is pretty poor when they will send out new orders the same day if you order before 2pm but I had to wait on my replacement for a week. I decided I'd had enough of this company and asked for a refund. I also did not like their impersonal approach and starting every email to me with "Dear Customer" and not putting a name at the end of the email. Not a company I'd like to deal with again.”

“I had to buy a replacement phone after my 3 month old phone was water damaged. After hunting online for the model of my choice, I found Fonegiant. I ordered a phone which was amazingly priced. I received a number of emails confirming my purchase and updating me on delivery, and frankly when the phone arrived, it far surpassed my expectations given the description and grading Fonegiant had given it. Very fast delivery, despite being during the Christmas period. Absolutely thrilled and would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished phone”

“Quick service, especially at Christmas time! Samsung Tablet arrived in perfect working order, my son is going to be over the moon on Christmas morning. Highly recommend these guys, I will be using them again in the New Year when I get myself a replacement phone.”

“I paid for a brand new phone. They emailed me to tell it was unavailable, so foolishly I accepted a replacement but they sent the wrong one. I had to pay to send it back and then they sent an what they said was an ‘A’ grade phone with chips and scratches on case and screen. Won’t ever use them again,”

“Well firstly my Credit card was declined but a quick e.mail to your selves and the matter was resolved. I had a question regarding the sim card and again a very quick and helpful reply, the phone arrived with the first courier the following morning. A Perfect transaction in every way.
