“My 15 year old son returned a pair of trainers and was refunded on his Metro bank card.The refund has not gone into his account still.They were returned in the 6 October and it is the 12th of November.Card machine mis read his card.Have now been informed by customer service to wait to the end of the month possibly.Was always a regular shopper but this has since changed.Have decided to contact Watchdog.”

“Brought some joggers. Went to return them they said there was a mark on them which they wasnt. Then there was a line in them so they wouldnt return them as they said they wouldnt be able to resell, i now have 39.99 pound joggers that do not fit me. Wasnt helpful at all.”

“ordered shoes through amazon, tracking said delivered but they were not, tracking says signed for by Dennis my name is Mark, despite reporting numerous times recieve sarcastic or insincere replies, so if you want to buy from these people online be wary they will give your order to anybody and when you ask for your product they will do nothing about it as many others on here have reported. I will never buy anything again from them”

“Not a good experience at all. Ordered trainers for collect in store, once timescale had passed and hadn’t heard anything queried delivery status on live chat to be told order is ready for collection. Make the trip to store to be told no deliveries are arriving, store staff called customer service line and I was told trainers would be sent next day delivery to my home address instead. Wait in next day, no delivery, call customer services myself to be told they actually won’t be delivered ‘next day’ and are still awaiting dispatch. Advised I won’t be able to stay in another day and was told there was nothing they could do. Misinformed on more than one occasion, wasted my time and money, poor customer service.”

“Poor quality t-shirt. One wash and the colours faded off. Even a fake would have been better quality. Customer services very unhelpful, would not recommend shopping at Foot Asylum. Wast of money”

“Awful service. Ordered some vans and they didn’t show up for 8 days so I had to email and chase up where they were, apparently they are out of stock and they hadn’t updated their website. Yet they still took my money ! Still waiting for my refund after 2 days.”
