Ford and all their dealers are quite possibly the worst dealership and organisation I've ever had to deal with. I would actually consider them to be borderline criminally negligent in their actions. I only rate them as one star because a lower option is not available. I have so many experiences of poor service, failings in their duties, actual voice recordings and emails of of their dealers and Ford Australia staff lying it's not funny, both regarding sales, servicing and warranty issues. After 4 major instances that have seen legal action required and some still ongoing I will never buy a Ford again despite having owned several at the same time. Ford purely survive on new nieve customers and I doubt there's many returning.

Considering buying a new Ford, then I heard what is happening to a friend's car. They have a 2018 Ford Edge as the company knows there are many problems with the engine. Since August her car has been with the dealership over her blown engine with low mileage. The company and dealership have given her the run around. After talking to numerous representatives, that have been fired, retired or was told that can't speak to them. Shame on you Ford! I will do everything I can to keep someone from going thru what they have for nine months without a car. So please think before buying a car from them or get a good lawyer for there dishonesty, fraudulent practices, and lack of integrity!

Horrible Horrible and I mean Horrible Service. I cannot stress enough how bad their service is. We were stuck in the rain for 2 hours because the key fob decided to reset itself and unsync from the vehicle. When this happened it locked the doors on us. Called ford to get the code and they stiffed us - thank God for AAA. They came and opened the door in seconds - ford you don’t deserve to be in this country. Gtfo !!!

Why should it take 800 dollars for 4 hrs work labor charge. When it takes most people who work a weeks pay for 4 hrs labor work. Plus they still have to get parts. You auto makes are making it real hard for people to live because a VEHICLE is a must to get to work and place you need to go in life. Stop making it so hard for people to own a VEHICLE.

I'm disgusted that Ford is actually putting chemicals into their electric vehicles to add smells. Rubber, gasoline and animal smells! Really? This is so wrong to intentionally subject people to these toxic chemicals that are known carcinogens. I hope their sales of these fail miserably.

Ford in Colonia NJ lied twice and said they did work they didn't do. Broke something under my gas pedal when they had it for service and refuse to take it back to fix or even look at what they broke. Now I'm stuck with another issue and out of almost 1k. This is not the 1st car I've had an issue with at this location. The 1st car I brought there for service had a bad battery. I didn't find this out at Ford. Autozone told me when they scanned the car after Ford told me the battery was ok with no issues. I went to Autozone for help after I picked up my car from Ford because as I was pulling my car out of the parking spot at the Colonia Ford location guess what my car stalled in their lot. I was very angry that I wasted my time and money for Ford to tell me everything was ok when it was not. They never actually checked my car but sure did charge me for it. They are not reliable and do not do the work they claim to do but make sure to charge you for it. Completely unacceptable. I just finished paying off my car and now I have to go purchase another car because my car is all messed up after giving Colonia Ford my car for service. I will never go to Ford again. I did speak with Ford corp and they were no help what so ever. Waste of money and time. I will never trust Ford again!

23S64 Oil Pressure Recall- I have a recall that will "increase the risk of a crash" but they won't do anything until the 2nd Quarter of 2024 and I am supposed to take that risk and drive it every day until then. I just hope that when we do crash, my son and I, who's four years old, will live through it. My engine light is on and my oil light turns on and off. Milford, Ohio Ford won't even look at it until they get more direction from the "Recall Department" regarding the parts. They won't even offer me a rental. I am still paying for this car btw. A car I cannot drive safely.

I didn’t even have to scroll to see why the reviews are so low and surprise, surprise, I have the exact same issues as every other Ford driver with a wetbelt!! Have had wetbelt issues with my car (only 4 years old and under 50,000 on the clock) and Ford themselves have done nothing to rectify it. I should note I only got this vehicle on finance in May 2023 so I’ve not even had it a year and I’m conveniently out of my warranty periods with my finance dealer and Ford. Im even more appalled at the service because they were on BBC watchdog this weekend for this exact fault? And the Ford group in America have recalled these vehicles for what?…You guessed it, the same issue. To really put the finishing touches on this barbaric experience, not only have I had to spend almost £1000 on hire cars because my car has been sat at the Ford garage since January, I was quoted £7500 to repair with no offer of goodwill from Ford. Please check the bbc watchdog piece for yourselves before you make the same mistake I did!! Terrible service, terrible company, my biggest regret and I’ll be selling this car imminently.

I called Ford to find a part number. They directed me to 3rd party options to find the part number, saying they have no way to lookup parts without the part number. How is this even possible? Why do I have to call a 3rd party to find information about FORD products? . There's really two explanations here. Either Ford has extremely inefficient logistics for a multi billion dollar company, or they want to make it as difficult as possible for the consumer so they have to simply bring it in for Ford's overpriced repairs. Neither one is a good look for them. I will not be buying Ford products in the future if I can't even get basic information from the manufacturer. . I'm giving customer service 2 stars, because the guy was respectful and tried to help. It's the broken system that prevented him from helping me.

My engine went at 70,000 miles because they built their Ecoboost engine around a known to be faulty part. No amount of maintenance can stop the wet belt from killing your car.

The Ford Motor Company doesn't have to be concerned with customer reviews because of their government contracts. They should stick to making vehicles for police agencies because the vehicles they are manufacturing for the public are GARBAGE. I bought a Ford Focus from a certified Ford dealership and was assured that the vehicle was in great working order. The salesman refused to finance anything else they had on the lot. I had a suspicious feeling right away. The clutch was leaking when I bought the car, as I would find out after running a diagnostic report a month or 2 after purchasing the vehicle. The transmission went out in no time. For some reason, that leaking clutch must have been my fault, because the Ford dealership refused to do anything about it and the Ford Motor Company hung up on me leaving me with no vehicle and over $20,000 worth of debt. I want to remind America of the Boston Tea Party and the benefits that America gained from reacting in the way they did back then. The Ford Motor Company and the American Government are only going to keep on screwing us all, every single chance they get, until WE THE PEOPLE do something about it!

I bought 3/36 Ford extended warranty on a used truck. Drove it 90 days motor blew. It sat in shop for 10 months while warranty dept tried everything to get out of Repairing it. Finally I got it back. In less than 1200 miles it started blowing oil smoke out exhaust. Took it back warranty dept said it WAS NOT COVERED.

Negative 5 stars. The service and warranty works around loopholes to avoid providing you with the service you need putting your life at risk. My car simply shut down this past Saturday to the point that I ended up using the manual key to be able to open the door. After multiple attempts to find a Ford service mechanic (which were not open), I was forced to use assistance outside the Ford network after 3 hours of search. It turned out to be that the electrical wire ate the life of my battery which NEVER alerted me on the dashboard or otherwise. On top of that the rear brakes pads and rotors needed changed due to a squeaky noise that the car was doing since I took it out of the dealership. A noise I informed Ford service on multiple times (minimum of 3 times to be more exact) and they said; "it is because the car is new and the pads are warming". They also said; "we do not hear anything ma'am." And they said; "the brakes are fine". These statements put my life at risk for the past 1.5 years that I had the car. I called the warranty to see how we can arrange some sort of reimbursement for the $1393.94 that I ended up paying for; the rear brakes, electrical wire and battery + the service. There answer was that they will not reimbursed because it was an outsider mechanic and not a certified Ford mechanic which they will not trust. That they were surprised a mechanic was available on Saturday since, according to them, mechanics do not work on Saturdays. And also that it was on me that I have to pay for not waiting until a Ford service was available (which it was not going to be until Monday 9am). The warranty also said I had to deal with the dealership about the brakes situation now to see if there's something they can do based on their previous answers. Remember, those same mechanics that putted my life at risk with the brakes for the past 1.5 years saying it was nothing. On top of that, I just found out that the Ford Ecosport 2021 had a recall that no one told me about on any sort of communication which the do have because I has been harassed by the warranty department via email, mail and phone to pay for an extended warranty. With the brakes only, the car was defective since I bought it but obviously that is an inconvenient for them to accept leaving the owner to deal with the problem. Because of the wrongful actions made by Ford, I simply cannot wait to change my car as soon as possible in fear that something worst can happen to me while using the car.

DO NOT GET A FORD !!! SHOCKING! Leased a Ford ranger. Came out one morning and the truck didn't start.... Got a mechanic to look at it and he said its a recall and has to go back to Ford. Called Ford, quickest they could get it in was nearly 2 months later! Got it towed to Ford, they called and said it needs a software update and thats why it didn't start and its £130! I said...."to confirm, ford have made a vehicle that can randomly does not start at any time because it needs an update that only Ford can fix, I could have been anywhere in the country and it just wouldn't start with absolutely no warning at all? The driver then has to bring it to you and then you charge them? " they said 'yes'. !!!! I could have had a flat tyre on the side of the motorway, kids in the truck, and it just wouldn't start. HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT!! So 2 months of hire vehicles, 3 days off work, a tow and over £2,000 later, just for a software update that they give you zero warning about! Absolutely disgusting from Ford! Cannot wrap my head around how a company can make a vehicle that does this. DO NOT GET A FORD ESPECIALLY A RANGER!!!! We will be invoicing and sending the truck back to the lease company due to it being dangerous.

I have a 2015 Ford FX four F150 3.5 me and my wife bought this truck. We have smelt a musty smell for a long time we was driving down the road about four months ago and we heard slashing so I pull over at my son’s house Open the back door and it was very heavy so he pulls the door plugs at the very bottom of the door took a long time for all the water to drain out so we did the same thing on the front door on the passenger side, and it took a while for it to drain now About two weeks ago I heard sloshing again on the passenger side poured my floor panels up and it was full of water. I don’t know how long it has been leaking contacted forward today went through nine people passing the buck finally got to talk to somebody, I could barely understand , she said the only thing they could do to help me was the door lock recall I didn’t build this truck I didn’t put this truck together. I paid good hard earned money for this truck. It’s never been wrecked it’s got 78,000 miles on it and as far as I know it’s been leaking since about 30,000 miles , I have changed the cabin filter a bunch thinking that’s what it is the musty smell I lift it up the rubber mat today. The sound barrier on the passenger side was soaking wet and smelling musky took it to my dealership was complaining. He said tomorrow a specialist was coming to check other vehicles. It was $180 fee to have it checked and then a price to fix it , why does customer always have to pay we didn’t bill the truck if it’s leaking that should be on Ford I think it should be easier to contact the CEO or the president because people under them are very incompetent. My dealership even said they had no association with Ford, but they sold for products And they are many many many reviews about leaking trucks from 2014 to 2019. Nothing’s been done. It’s a problem with Ford if I wanted a convertible I would about a convertible and drive it in the rain so if you’re listening forward you can contact me back my trucks at the dealership , and if you really wanna be honest and forthright you can pay to have the leak stopped
