They were very professional, didn’t take long to drop it off and very efficient with an email letting me know that my order was ready. “My first time to use a service for digitizing. I completed the online order for a combination of tapes, film and slides. I did not realize that everything I ordered could be accommodated on one USB Drive. So for every type of medium, I selected a USB Drive for the ordering process. I ended up paying for and receiving 4 USB drives that are duplicates. Going back to website at the bottom under "info" there is a category "how it works" -- this states no matter how large your order, it will fit on one USB drive. Would be helpful to have this more prominent. I also included years for each of the items I submitted and thought this would be added to the digitized product. I was wrong. The sticker I placed on each tape, film etc corresponded to the file name. I then had to go back and enter the year so I would know what was on the file. A lesson learned -- call and talk to a person to confirm everything. Overall, the results of digitizing were good.”

This is useful criticism and I'd rather act on it than explain it away. If the ordering flow lets someone select a drive for each media type without making clear that one drive holds the whole order, that's a design problem on our end, and burying the answer under "how it works" doesn't fix it. Nobody should have to call to avoid being overcharged. The point about years is fair too. If you label your items with dates, that context should carry through to the file names instead of being lost. I'm glad the digitizing itself came out well. “My husband lost both his father and brother this year so for Christmas I wanted to have some pictures of them plus his mother restored. I also paid for enhancements and they came out beautifully! Better than I could have ever imagined. I can’t wait for my husband to see the finished product. I would definitely recommend Forever Studios to anyone looking to restore old or damaged photos.”

“I was fortunate to place my order with the assistance of the company VP. He called me as part of my scheduled assistance call back. We walked through the entire process of uploading my photo's, chossing the correct improvements I needed for each picture and made sure I used the available discount that lowered my price. I received my prints and they are perfect. I will definitely use Forever Studios again and will share their name with anyone I know that requires their services. Wonderfull job from start to finish.”
