“Great service despite increased demand due to coronavirus. Excellent cultures. Two weeks after receiving them I now have a constant supply of thick creamy kefir and perfect fizzy kombucha! I’ve already had to give some grains away in order to slow the production of the kefir which was ready for bottling every 12 hours! Less grains and in back to every 24.”

“Really easy process from start to finish to get my kombucha starter kit. Considering the pandemic I was updated from the start and was aware of the delays. I think freshly fermented have supplied me with quality products at a difficult time and is testament to excellent customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.”

“Delivery was delayed due to covid , I was warned . We all know this , no rush . Kefir grains started producing lovely kefir after following the instructions. They have got bigger quickly and now the amount produced is more than enough”

“I bought the white sourdough starter and fed it for two days before using it as it had been in the fridge. It worked beautifully and the first sourdough loaf I baked was lovely. Full of flavour and a great consistency. Brilliant. Sourdough is not instant but it is worth the effort to get really good bread”
