“The organic kefir grains make beautiful kefir. It's a fascinating and rewarding experience watching these living grains grow and multiply and fun to experiment with flavours. I am addicted to plain kefir, but lemon peel, orange peel or strawberries or raspberries are particularly delicious when added to finished kefir. Very happy with these clever little grains.”

“Found the Kefir easy to make and it is really delicious. As the grains grow it produces more Kefir. As good if not better, than supermarket Kefir, which is really expensive! Saving loads of money. Creamier with full fat milk but still delicious with semi skimmed milk. Really glad I got the kit.”

“I have been ordering the sourdough starter which I received really quick. The description on the Freshly Fermented website how to activate the starter is excellent and I have been using my starter since 4 weeks now and am on my 4th loaf of sourdough bread ! Loving all of it !! Thank you !”

“Freshly Fermented have a huge choice of fermentitious goodies - cultures I didn't know existed - for yogurt, kefir etc. Speedy dispatch of orders is A1 and when I phoned to ask about what utensil to use for making my own yogurt, I got an informed and cheerful reply. What's not to like?”
