“I would definitely recommend Freshly Fermented to anyone who was looking. They were quick to reply to any concerns I had, and kept me up to date with how my order was doing, even with the difficulties of the current Covid-19 restrictions. They even went out of their way to deliver my kit to me personally as I live close by. They are doing a great job especially considering they are a small company and I will be using them again in the future. 5 Stars!”

“I've had several different products and been very pleased with the results from each one of them. Latest purchase was milk kefir which I am thoroughly enjoying. Wish I'd tried it sooner. Service excellent too.”

“I ordered the milk kefir and kombucha from Freshly Fermented last year and was really impressed with the customer service (they answered all my questions) and the quality of the products and packaging when they arrived. The instructions online are also really straightforward and easy to understand. This time round I wanted to give the Bulgarian yoghurt and Ginger Bug a go and Freshly Fermented have done it again with quality starters and clear instructions! I've made 3 batches of delicious yoghurt so far and am on my 2nd batch of ginger beer, both of which are way tastier than shop-bought yoghurt and sodas and have been a nice lockdown (edible) hobby! Just wish I lived in a larger flat so I'd have the space to try more of their fermented starters!!”

“Great service despite increased demand due to coronavirus. Excellent cultures. Two weeks after receiving them I now have a constant supply of thick creamy kefir and perfect fizzy kombucha! I’ve already had to give some grains away in order to slow the production of the kefir which was ready for bottling every 12 hours! Less grains and in back to every 24.”

“I ordered sourdough, water kefir and kombucha scoby, all healthy and thriving. The instructions online are clear, comprehensive and simple, though I would recommend further reading to reach their full potential. Bread rises beautifully without any other raising agents. I think it is clear that this company genuinely cares about its products”
