“Very disappointed with the arrangement i received, i ordered the deluxe version, but it wasn't even as full as the small one?? I also asked that the vase be wrapped in foil to hide the stem, ( which they said, they would)”

“We got three really good bouquets from them and they turned out great. Well the weather went bad in our area and the flowers that were gonna get delivered tomorow are gonna go to the school, well school is closed tomorrow and they won’t let me change delivery address, and all they want to do is refund. Very dissatisfied.”

“Just recvd the flowers I ordered for my daughter they are about the cheapest thing I've ever seen. The vase over powers the flowers. Very very disappointing. Over 75 dollars wasted I'm embarrassed to even give them to her now. Don't waste your money here not worth it.”

“The flowers came in a box… they looked nothing like the photo I ordered. And they said there would be a Valentine’s Day card attached but instead it was a promo card for their company with my not in it in basic font. Terrible service “fromyouflowers” will never get my business again.”

“Don't order from here. They sent me the wrong flowers and I asked them to deliver on Valentines day and they came 2 days early. Asked for a refund and got $15 back on a $75 order.”

“Flowers were delivered late. It was hard talking to customer service due to language barriers. Representatives had very heavy accents and things were lost in translation. Two orders were supposed to be delivered to me. The first was delivered late but fine. The second was delivered and left at the front door. The delivery driver said she only needed to ring the doorbell not to make sure someone was home? It was an overall mess. Use another company!”

“My order was supposed to be delivered on Sunday, for which I paid an additional delivery charge. The delivery window was set between 8 AM and 6 PM. When it didn't arrive by the promised time, I reached out via chat after facing multiple issues with their customer service—my calls were dropped twice, and on the third attempt, the representative was unable to communicate in English. At 7 PM, I was assured that my order would definitely arrive by the end of the night. However, when I checked their website on Monday morning, I found they had unilaterally changed the delivery date to Monday. When I contacted them again, they still could not provide a guaranteed delivery time. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.”
