I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws 84th birthday. I received an email they were delivered. I called her and bo delivery was receiving. I recently inquired twice about not receiving the delivery of this order. I never received a response. I called back and was told they were left between the doors, but she does not have a screen door (only one door.) Called back and left them know this and never received a response. Just to let you know, the flowers were actually placed in a storage building in the back parking area of the townhouse with no note nor voice mail letting the recipient nor I know where they left the flowers. The only reason the recipient found them was totally by accident when she went in the storage building to get something. This is absolutely unacceptable delivery service and not good customer service from you either.

Ordered flowers to be delivered 4 days ago and paid for the expedited fee, so that the flowers would be delivered early today. It is almost 11:30, and still have not been delivered. I will never use this company again. If I would have ordered them this morning with the expediting fee, I would understand a bit of the delay, but this is far from acceptable. On top of it the Customer Service rep could only confirm they have not been delivered and apologized for the delay. Use a different service or just buy local!!!

I ordered flowers was billed 3 times money was paid. They told me that my card did not get charged but my bank states it was. Put in hands of the security team. But still no flowers for my special persons day. Now awaiting refund. Hopefully very very disappointed with this company

I ordered the deluxe Gardenia Bonsai plant for my sister's funeral service. It was delivered two days late, so it was not there for the visitation or the funeral service. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed and embarrassed by the plant. It was pathetic looking - small, skimpy and no blooms. I would never order from here again. I wanted to honor my sister with something special - very disappointed Tried to upload a picture of the pathetic plant but it wouldn't upload - probably intentional. Sad, feel cheated. BTW, I did call and complain when I was told plant was delayed and they said they'd refund 20pct due to delay. This was before I saw what was sent. I wouldn't have paid $10 for what was sent. Looked like a skimpy weed.

I ordered flowers for my granddaughters 21st birthday on February 9, 2025. I ordered a nice bouquet and vase for $75+. They were delivered to her and they looked like someone had gone to the grocery store and picked up out of date flowers and stuck them in a vase. I complained they gave me 20% back and resent them. When they were delivered, they looked just like the first ones…grocery store day old flowers. I called again and they gave me 30% more back and resent them. Again they were disgraceful. I am calling again tonight and demanding that they refund the rest of my money. I don’t know who they are getting to order and arrange the flowers but they are not doing an acceptable job. I will never order from them again. I have ordered from them numerous times before and do so wish that I had asked the recipients to send me pictures.

This is the second time i've ordered flowers from this company and twice they came brown and they didn't bloom. They also came 4 days late and they assured me it would be delivered on a certain date, so their timelines on their website is misleading. Complete waste of time and money.

The roses were drooping and weren’t cleaned before putting them in box. They just weren’t up to standard at all.

I’m never one to send a complaint but I have come to believe that you need to know my disappointment in my recent order. On March 3, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter who just had a horrible accident. When I saw the flowers, I gasped and asked “are THESE the flowers I had ordered?!?” I was shocked to say the least regarding how unbelievably small this bouquet is! I had an option to purchase “standard, deluxe or premium”. I ordered premium because I wanted the biggest and nicest ones! I am so shocked and upset at the tiniest bouquet. A size that I’d pay $15 for at a grocery store. I didn’t mind spending $75 for a big bouquet for my daughter, but this is embarrassingly small. I don’t ever order online flowers and I had zero idea that it would be so disappointing. This is completely unacceptable.

I am not happy with the customer service of this company. The website glitches and the order I picked didn't go through. I picked a florist picked bouquet, teddy bear and balloon. When I spoke to the customer service agent I was told that I only had a florist picked bouquet. My wife's birthday is today and I picked a same day delivery and wasn't able to pick a delivery time. The agent told me it was scheduled to be delivered by 5:00pm. My wife gets off work at 4:00pm, so I wanted to be safe and change the delivery address to my home. The agent told me that I couldn't change the address even though I only ordered it less than an hour ago, and that I couldn't cancel the order so I promised him that I would be leaving a honest truthful unsatisfied review which I'm doing now!

Do not order from this company. I ordered $60 flowers for my sick sister, and the flowers were half dead. When I emailed the company and sent a picture, I was refunded $18 with the promise of new flowers to be sent. 2 weeks later and still no flowers. Beware..!! They suck!!

These appear to be deals with florists that have flowers that are about to be thrown away. I have NEVER ordered from them and had the flowers last more than 2 days. Horrible business model. Very disappointed, and embarrassed. Never again.

What I ordered is not anything close to what was received by the recipient. Very disappointed, and their solution was to refund me 30% .. what I ordered cost way more than what was received.

Three times I ordered flowers, 3 times something went wrong. This time I ordered 2 days in advance. Paid extra for delivery before noon. No show. Called 3 times to find out what's going on. Can't even get ahold of the florist who is handling my order. But promising it will be there by 1:30 pm. If they say there sorry one more time, I think I'll get sick. Horrible, horrible service, management and staff. 2 thumbs down, way down.

I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. They are stationed in San Antonio so couldn’t be there. I ordered the most expensive version of the cotton candy bouquet. The flowers that came was not anything close to what I ordered. It was small and had a bunch of greenery. They didn’t even have the roses. It had a few wilted mumms and that was it. I called telling them the issue and it took them 3 days to get new flowers to her and still not the right bouquet. I won’t use them again.

The flowers were a day late and no attempt was made (surveillance video of front door confirmed). The flowers are not what I ordered, not even close. They are downright UGLY. So sad, I'll use another company next time.
