“Oh my God, you sent a plain box with some tulips, not in any kind of water but attached to the box open with no water supply and we had to assemble something together and a plain glass vase. The flowers are curving over the leaves have begun to fall off on the same day. This is shameful to show pictures of an arrangement in a vase when it clearly comes attached to a box I could not believe live. Flowers were Lang sideways in a box with no water supply not even the plastic little bubbles that would insert on the stems but rather nothing how could there be no water supplied for God knows how many hours. This is so shameful. I will find every site where you can review so people are forewarned. They will not get any flowers in any kind of water And there will be no water supply.”

“All the reviews are true. The website doesn’t even let you leave reviews because they only have fake ones!!! PLEASE CALL FOR REFUND EVERYONE. I made two orders day costing $200. Yes the flowers were dead, yes the flowers did not match the kinds of flowers or colors in the pictures, yes the chocolate strawberries were melted, and yes the box was thrown, and yes nobody even rang the doorbell. But with the camera we saw quickly. Box was picked up only a couple minutes after being neglected. And everything still in awful condition. BUT YES I AM GETTING MY MONEY BACK IN 2-3 business days”

“Order Number: 429301364 Mom received these flowers, no card with our personalized message. Delivered in 1 day, but clearly rushed. To leave out the card on a Mother's Day order for a loved one is inexcusable. Even worse, the dry apology from Rhea, the representative who answered, "We are extremely busy as it's Mother's day weekend". I will have someone call your mom to apologise". Yes, that should make up for the poor service! You just lost this customer. Flowers delivered without sender name or even name of business! It was like dropped from the sky straight to recipient.”

“Horrible. Mothers Day Bouquets Paid for the deluxe version and sub par is what was delivered. Called and emailed, I was only offered $6.39 refund for one, $9.28 refund for another, and $13.93 refund for the third (15%, 20% and 30% respectively). Not okay”

“This was by far one of the worst experiences ever. The flowers arrived at 9:20 PM , half wilted, the other half dead and looking pitiful. I can’t believe I spent money with this company for Mother’s Day. Made the occasion an absolute joke!”

“I have ordered two times from them and both times ordered have been delayed both times I have received a $10.00 credit for my trouble well this will definitely be the last time I order from them and anybody who asks I will tell them not to order from them”

“After reading tons of reviews I am upset that I didn't start here. I ordered flowers for my mom and they never got there. And as I am calling customer service they want to offer me a 20% discount?!?! Like what? How about my full refund?!”

“I sent my mom Mother’s Day flowers with chocolates. The chocolates were smashed, and the flowers were all over the front door. It was handled poorly. I would never order from them again I tried contacting customer service only to be spoken to people who I could hardly understand their speech, horrible service.”

“I would never order from them again . First we order two bouquets in same order to same house . The first set of flower the man delivered to wrong house twice . But the three time we received flowers . Then the second set of flowers never arrived. I even paid extra for delivery very very disappointing. Never agian”

“I paid over $70 for a bouquet to be sent to my mom for Mother’s Day. She sent me a picture of the bouquet and what few flowers were sent were dead or dying and the leaves all wilted. I received an apology and a $16.00 refund! And a disappointed mother. I will never use them again. Zero stars all the way!!”

“HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers 5 days ago for delivery today. They never showed so I had to call them!!! They didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and say they can’t deliver. They tell me sorry will be a few day. ARE YOU SERIOUS. Now I can’t get any where to deliver by this weekend. SECOND TIME THEY DID THIS TO ME. Done!! Don’t order from there”

“70th bday flowers were sent with dead roses and stalky flowers. When you spend that kind of money to send something special and they look like they were picked from scraps of trash. Very disappointing!”

“Flowers delivered were terrible. One rose was completely moldy, others were losing petals and the leaves were falling off. Called and was told i would get a 50 percent refund off my bill and it wss inly 4.25 credited to my account. Bad customer service . Will never order again”

“If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance. I did not get any notifications of a delivery date change. When I called since they were not delivered today(Friday), they told me they changed the delivery date to Monday.... the day after Mother's Day. Great.... cancel that order. I will never use them again.”
