“I spent $70 for a beautiful basket to be sent with pink, purple, and red flowers, to include roses and butterflies. Very, very disappointed. They said they would redeliver, but they did not.”

“Daughter spent a lot and what I got for Mother’s Day was wilted half dead flowers. Customer service is a joke! Wanted to give 10 or 15 % discount. Total BS! Never ever spend money here, dead in two days and nothing like what she ordered.”

“Very unhappy with their deceptive and misleading practices. We ordered three arrangements for my wife/mom. Two of the three arrangements were 1/3 of the size and quality of what was advertised. And half of the flowers are already dead. The third arrangement never arrived. We called the delivering florist - who was extremely rude and of little help. So we called fromyouflowers.com for a complete refund.”

“What a horrible experience! I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for Mother’s Day, and she got a totally different arrangement of what was supposed to look like. The arrangement looked so unprofessional and the flowers so different. I thought it was supposed to look similar to the original photo! I feel deceived. I will never buy from this website again and I will not recommend it to anyone.”

“I paid extra to have my delivery made before Mothers Day and reached out and they said they would refund my extra delivery charge I paid but they just acted extremely apathetic about it . Just really bad business practice if you can’t even fill Orders in expected times but have no problem charging people an arm and a leg .”

“I ordered flowers for mothers day and a birthday gift on 4/13 to be delivered 5/4 and 5/11. The 5/4 delivery was delivered 5/6, because they couldnt find a " local florist" and the 5/11 order was not delivered because it was deemed " unsafe to leave" regardless of the fact that the recipient was home ALL DAY LONG! Literally, she was home unitl 5pm. In all that time, they never delivered. Unreliable and irresponsible. Even with a months notice they cant do it! Never again”

“If I could give zero Stars, I would! We ordered BEAUTIFUL flowers for my Mother-in-Law for Mother’s Day through this AWFUL “Professional” business. We couldn’t make it to her to deliver them to her ourselves this year so we had to find someone to do it for us since we live in different states. I have never went through this so called professional company before and the only reason I did is because other companies and local flower shops were all booked up and didn’t have any delivery availability until way after Mothers Day and we wanted her to have some beautiful flowers for her special day….. well… BIG mistake! Not even close! Not even slightly… it’s like they didn’t even care or even try to make the same bouquet.. they didn’t even try or care to make it presentable even… when they arrived and they sent me a picture showing me she got her flowers I was shocked ! I was soooo embarrassed! I was upset, mad. And so sad that THOSE were the flowers they chose to give to our mom ON MOTHERS DAY! I paid a lot of money for those flowers and paid EXTRA even for premium flowers and they didn’t even give us HALF the flowers or the right kinds or right colors. This is not the work of professionals… in fact, I feel like it’s a joke and an absolutely scam!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PLEASE don’t ever buy ANYTHING from this company… they are WISH VERSION OF FLORISTS! I am so upset that she didn’t get the flowers that we were so happy about and the flowers she deserved. Shame on this disgusting company!!!”

“Ordered mother days flowers, um, nothing! Says won't deliver till Monday! Ordered in plenty of time of their PROMISE by mother's day! Screwed me in the past, gave ya one last chance! Never again! How awful are these flowers gonna look, by the time they get there? Be just over 5 days in transit!!”

“I had used this company a few years ago and they did a decent job, so I decided to use them this year for Mother’s Day. I ordered five flower arrangements and paid almost $400. I paid for the deluxe or premium arrangement for all five orders. So far, all of the arrangements have been VERY underwhelming and nothing like what was advertised. I will be calling customer service on Monday and I will not be using From You Flowers again.”

“I made an order 5 days in advance for the delivery date. The item charge was instantaneous. The flowers were not delivered as stated. After frustrating correspondence on the phone, the flowers were promised to be delivered by 5pm the next day. That's not what I paid for. Did they offer me a credit? No. I'll not use this business in the future.”

“I ordered early, scheduled delivery for Friday, May 10. Flowers were not delivered. They were not delivered the next day either. Called and the representative said that the flowers would be delivered on Monday. I do not recommend this company and I will NOT be using them again. Mother's Day, and flowers not delivered. NOT ACCEPTIBLE.”

“The delivery was on time for Mother's Day but the flowers sent were nothing like what was pictured on the website. The flower was wilted and bare. I expected so much more. The card was a simple note typed on a piece of paper. Nothing fancy. Feeling disappointed that my Mom didn't get what she deserved. Orchids are her favorite flower.”

“Ordered a beautiful arrangement to be delivered. What was delivered was absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Completely wrong flowers, vase. I emailed them a picture of my order and what they delivered. The just gave my a 30% refund. Putiful considering it was Completely wrong and probably half the size I ordered!!”
