“If I could give a zero I would. I had two orders for Mother’s Day I did Friday the 10 and only 1 came. Was suppose to be delivered before 12 didn’t get there till 330. I inquired about the other one and they said it was delivered. I called and they said they would have to speak with the florist and get back to me. They didn’t want to call just message. They didn’t want to send back out they wanted to check with the florist first. They also said it was delivered at 10pm. That’s outrageous and we checked the cameras and no one delivered anything. They said they would resen out after countless minutes of me saying that’s not right. The earliest date would be Tuesday…. I simply could not argue with the lady anymore and just wanted a refund. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! And who says they deliver flowers at 10 pm!?! I will never use this company again.”

“These flowers were not ready for someone who is in the hospital and can't cut and arrange them in the vase. I am extremely upset for spending almost eighty dollars on flowers to be, this dissappointed with them. NOTHING like the misleading picture!! I did contact customer service and received an eight dollar and fifty-two cent refund. Do not purchase flowers from these people!! Never again! I cannot send pictures because the person that I sent them to, doesn't feel well enough to take a picture. And I can't blur out my information to upload the receipt to send. Trust me I'm telling the truth!”

“I made 3 different orders from this company for Mother's Day flowers and was very disappointed. I paid alot of money for large bouquets and when I seen what they(the recipients)received, i could have done much better just going to Kroger...which I will from now on. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, they are a big disappointment.”

“I ordered a Deluxe bouquet of flowers and received an arrangement I could have easily put together myself from Whole Foods. The midtown east florist that was used was awful and I received an $8 credit only. Use another service.”

“This company is a joke! I ordered a bulb spring basket for my daughter. It was suppose to contain 6 tulips bulbs, 6 daffodils, 6 hyacinth bulbs and grape hyacinths. I was so embarrassed only flowers that bloomed were 3 tulips and a couple tiny grape hyacinth as filler.”

“I ordered my mother a beautiful plant with pink flowers. A black pot and a card. The pot is white. There is no card and it's not the same plant. I spoke to customer service and they are only refunding me 30%. Oh and to make it worse there are brown spots on the plant. Which means bugs/pest/mites. I payed what I was suppose to get and then what I got...”

“They were all dead, moldy or dying. Company will not refund or send new flowers. We are contesting with credit card. I tried to attach a picture of what I was supposed to get vs what I got but they wouldn’t upload”

“Kmsl All I can do is laugh after reading the reviews. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order with a new company for Mother’s Day. The arrangement was nothing like the picture. I was very disappointed on what I received. Lesson learned!! What I ordered vs what I received; highly disappointed.”

“Ordered 2 separate flower arrangements for Mother's day and both were wrong. Spent about 30 minutes on the phone and could barely understand what the person was saying. Offered me 20% refund on both and $10 off future orders. I told them that they could keep the $10 off coupons because I will never order from them again. I am going to report them to the BBB.”

“Omg, after reading the reviews I should have never used this company. I spent 79.00 and what they sent me was nothing compared to what I ordered. It didn't hardly have flowers nor the one in the picture. They didn't attach the I love you balloon nor the card I asked for. This company ruined one of the most important days Mothers Day for my mom. I am getting a refund, but what matters more is my mom special day won't be as bright without her flowers. For what i spent i could do better getting everything from pubix. Shame on this company. Me as a owner would at least send the client a small arrangement to compensate for there hugh mistake but nope. Oh yeah when they came to deliver the small arrangement they didn't bother even ringing the door. I'm glad I caught them on the camera or else id be screwed even more. If you cant get an order correctly, something is wrong. It shouldn't be that hard it's just flowers.”

“I’ve given this company several opportunities to improve and have received absolutely nothing. I wouldn’t even give one star. They do not provide the product they advertise and then offer you 20-30% refund. Not what I want. I want what was ordered!”

“Anyway what a bunch of buffoons they got the wrong address didn't even have enough gumption to go to the office of the apartment complex where my mother lived my 90 year old mother and ask them what apartment number she was in so that the flowers could be delivered for mother's Day she's that what a stupid stupid place to order flowers.”

“What a total disappointment and embarrassment of the flowers that were sent to my mother for Mother's Day. It is hard to believe that this company continues to blatantly continue their misrepresentation of their product customer after customer as what is advertised is not delivered. The flowers per the tracker said the flowers would be delivered on May 9. Flowers never arrived. Called customer service and they didn't know why the flowers were not delivered as they have no way of contacting UPS. Said that I was charged same delivery that I never asked for. Asked for this to be refunded. Can't change the order. Asked when will the flowers arrive. Said by 8:30 pm on May 10. Asked how they knew the flowers would be delivered by then since the tracker has said out for delivery for 2 days. Said if they don't arrive call again. Got notification that they arrived. My mother didn't get a door bell rung no knock at the door had to ask if she had a box outside of her house. Well petals are already falling off the daisies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have another arrangement out yo my mother-in-law and can't wait for second embarrassment.”

“The main flower in my mom's mother's day bouquet was not even put in the arrangement and they also never delivered the chocolate. I would have never even known if I didn't ask her. They were just going to steal my 90 dollars. And to add insult to injury they gave me back 14 dollars. I will never order here again they stole my money and didn't even try to make it right.”

“The flowers smell terrible when I opened the box, like rotting vegetation. They had no water and the leaves and half the flowers were wilted. In 2 days, despite my efforts to trim and save them, I had to throw most of the bouquet in the trash. They didn't even last to Mother's Day.”

“You flowers claimed that the flowers were delivered to my daughter's address on 5/8/2024 but my daughter never received the flowers. Don't order from you flowers, they charge my credit card $51.72 and never delivered anything. I am really disappointed and upset.”
