“The only good thing about my order was the delivery speed. Though with speed comes a serious lack of quality. Regardless of what your fine print says about "whats shown on the website is not a true representation of your order", my order was underwhelming, stingy, and lacked any investment of care or quality.
You did provide a refund, but the refund was as lack luster as the flowers. Not to mention the math on the refund was off. The refund is enough to get better quality flowers from the nearby drug store, which I'll make sure to get a thank you from them to you on securing my business.

“I ordered a dozen roses, with 1 day delivery. Not only was it late but it is the worst flower arrangement I’ve ever seen. A one year old could do better. The flowers are not open, there’s no greenery and the roses are half dead, and the recipient had to assemble the roses themselves. I will NEVER use you again. You all are horrible. “I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a premium bouquet with 3 balloons that said happy birthday. First off, my order was late for my wife’s birthday, so there goes an invaluable moment for me. And second, when the order arrived, the bouquet was not a premium order. It was very small and looked to be only worth $30 from a grocery store. Third, balloons were missing and came at 6pm in the dark of winter. And fourth, the vase on the website showed a stand for the vase, that was missing as well. So all in all, I had a terrible experience with this company. Their customer service also kept closing the chat when the conversation was still going on for my dispute of the order. It’s like they knew they messed up and were afraid to handle an upset customer.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE. Made a delivery for a family after their loss of a son & brother. Promised next day delivery (ordered on a Sunday, promised for Monday). Wasn't delivered. Then was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Wasn't. Then told Wednesday. Wasn't. Talked to them on the phone and said if it's not guaranteed on Thursday (the day of the funeral), I want a refund. They guaranteed and also gave a free upgrade with apology noted. They called me at 4 30pm and told me it couldn't be delivered. Asked if it's okay to be delivered the following day (Friday) with the upgrade and apology note. I said absolutely not and they then stated they had to wait for approval to be refunded. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! FOR A FUNERAL!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.”

“Ordered flowers for new baby on Monday to deliver on Tuesday, didn't deliver, released mother and baby on Wednesday. Went through hell to call and change delivery address because they didn't even get it there in the morning prior to discharge on Wednesday. They took flowers to deliver on Thursday and DID NOT leave the flowers because they said they would die in the cold. No call ahead, no warning and NO FLOWERS!!!! Now days after birth they still have NO FLOWERS that paid next day delivery!!! NEVER USING AGAIN!”

“The birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon and I paid extra. I never got an email confirmation so I had to take time out of my day to call them. “I upgraded my order to a premium bouquet and paid $95. I was sent an arrangement that was even smaller then their standard arrangement. This is the second time this has happened (happened the previous time I ordered a bouquet from them). When I requested that they send the correct bouquet order the same exact thing happened again. Fooled once. Fooled twice. Fooled three times. No full solutions provided. I’m over From You Flowers.”
