HEAR ME OUT! DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER IN THIS COMPANY! okay, Ive never done this reviewing stuff ever since, but this company has triggered my ego. January 6th when I ordered my Flowers for my partner and it says on the contents that it can be delivered on the same day. It never came until now (January 12). It triggers me just because that day is a very special day of mine, but it got ruined. I have been calling their company every other day and all they have told me is, “sprry for the inconvenience, whats your name and the recipient’s name… it will deliver today or tomorrow by 9 am to 6 pm… we will upgrade your order…” freaking bullsh*t. I will never visit this company/website again, EVER!

Worst customer service, received dead flowers that looked nothing like picture. Offered 20% refund only on purchase of flowers. Was told 2 times they were sending new arrangement, never use this company

What a scam! Will never use this service again and will warn others to not use. What an embarrassment the flower arrangement was when it finally arrived as a gift for my sister and her fiancé. It was small and scrappy and did not remotely resemble the picture of what I ordered. Wish I looked at reviews first!

I made an order and without informed me, they didn't deliver it. When I called them, their reason was, we called you to check that if you are the one who ordered it. To begin with, they didn't call and they are not my bank either to check that. They offered me a $20 gift certificate and that means I need to go back to them to use it. I asked them to use the money to upgrade the order. Thy agreed with that and they offered me next day delivery. As soon as I hung up the phone, I received an email that to let me know the delivery will be after 3 days. It was a very time sensitive order. I don't recommend them to anyone.

Flowers weren’t delivered when they said they would be. I have read many reviews since my horrible experience and pretty much all of the reviews could be my experience. I ordered my flowers Sunday, were supposed to be delivered Monday, got an email that they couldn’t be delivered, said they would be there Tuesday. Tuesday I got an email that there was a problem, said customer service representative would contact me. They emailed me and apologized, offered weekend delivery fee refund ($3.99) said flowers would be delivered Wednesday. Wednesday came and I got fed up and emailed them I wanted a refund, was sent a email that a. customer service representative would call me. They did call me and offered me a. $20 coupon, they would redo the order and the flowers would be delivered by UPS on Thursday, they assured me. I reluctantly agreed. They refunded my money on my original order. Thursday came and when I checked the tracking number it said they were out for delivery from Kentucky! 🙄 My recipient lives 30 miles SE of Columbus OH. At 11:30 I called them and demanded a refund she tried 4 different times to talk me into keeping the order. I told her NO, I wanted a full refund. She complied and told me my recipient should receive her flowers later in the day. I had no reason to believe that. Well low & behold the flowers were dropped on my recipient’s front porch in 20* weather, they never rang the doorbell so she had no idea they were there. When she opened them she said they were 1/2 frozen. The flowers she received looked nothing like the beautiful bouquet I picked out. Buyer beware: DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY! I don’t know how a company stays in business with so many similar horrible reviews. The only good thing is I did get my refund. I am going to call a local florist in my recipient’s hometown to get a real floral arrangement sent to her, not one she has to dig out of the box and trim the stems and put them in the vase. I am so embarrassed that she received the flowers she did.

Horrible service. I paid extra to have a plant delivered before 1:30 for a funeral. I didn't get a delivery confirmation email until 3:55. I have never heard of a funeral going on that late in the day. I even sent a picture to this company showing them there was no plant. They took my money, didn't do their job and I got nothing.

I ordered 8 days in advance and still didn’t receive the flowers on time. Customer service was trying to make it right but definitely not with it. Please do not waste your time and money. Lisa Wingfield

Horrible customer service Flowers delayed 4 days for no reason (no weather issues) offered worthless $10 coupon, I already get a higher discount and I rarely order flowers, they offered a 20% discount of $8 that does not cover shipping - by the time they get there, they will be dead, and I have to call back again. Will never use again. The agents were rude, and didn't understand this was the one way I could put a smile on my mom's face who was spending another birthday alone as a widow since I'm 9 hours away.

The flowers were never delivered. I called and they told me the church told them there was no funeral for this person after they told me the church didn’t exist either. Terrible service!! I should have called 1-800-FLOWERS. I never had problems with them.

False advertisement for expedited same day delivery, two times tried to order and did not fulfill order as advertise. Very dissatisfied. Will not use service again.

Flowers arrived wilted and dead, My friend spent good money on my Bday no doubt Expecting me to get a beautiful baguette instead I got Dead roses. 🙄😢 They are supposedly replacing with something more in season. On top of everything I'm trying to upload photos of dead flowers and they won't load 😒

I placed an order for same-day delivery, but it never arrived. I've been in contact with the company for 10 days, and there's still no resolution. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a dozen roses, with 1 day delivery. Not only was it late but it is the worst flower arrangement I’ve ever seen. A one year old could do better. The flowers are not open, there’s no greenery and the roses are half dead, and the recipient had to assemble the roses themselves. I will NEVER use you again. You all are horrible. I’ll be writing a review with this experience as well. TERRIBLE! *I would post a picture but the site just errors out*

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I ordered a premium bouquet with 3 balloons that said happy birthday. First off, my order was late for my wife’s birthday, so there goes an invaluable moment for me. And second, when the order arrived, the bouquet was not a premium order. It was very small and looked to be only worth $30 from a grocery store. Third, balloons were missing and came at 6pm in the dark of winter. And fourth, the vase on the website showed a stand for the vase, that was missing as well. So all in all, I had a terrible experience with this company. Their customer service also kept closing the chat when the conversation was still going on for my dispute of the order. It’s like they knew they messed up and were afraid to handle an upset customer.

I paid for birthday flowers. Wife received the flowers late while she was leaving work. Looked nothing like the image on the web site. I would have been okay with something close.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Made a delivery for a family after their loss of a son & brother. Promised next day delivery (ordered on a Sunday, promised for Monday). Wasn't delivered. Then was told it would be delivered Tuesday. Wasn't. Then told Wednesday. Wasn't. Talked to them on the phone and said if it's not guaranteed on Thursday (the day of the funeral), I want a refund. They guaranteed and also gave a free upgrade with apology noted. They called me at 4 30pm and told me it couldn't be delivered. Asked if it's okay to be delivered the following day (Friday) with the upgrade and apology note. I said absolutely not and they then stated they had to wait for approval to be refunded. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! FOR A FUNERAL!!! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ordered 2 days prior, paid expedited shipping even to make sure arrangement would be there early. Didn’t deliver day of, emailed me at 5:30 that night to tell me they wouldn’t deliver until the next day. All that time I could’ve found a different company to get something that day. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Ordered flowers for new baby on Monday to deliver on Tuesday, didn't deliver, released mother and baby on Wednesday. Went through hell to call and change delivery address because they didn't even get it there in the morning prior to discharge on Wednesday. They took flowers to deliver on Thursday and DID NOT leave the flowers because they said they would die in the cold. No call ahead, no warning and NO FLOWERS!!!! Now days after birth they still have NO FLOWERS that paid next day delivery!!! NEVER USING AGAIN!

horrible service! paid extra to have same day delivery and flowers were never delivered, even after they said they were. Email confirmation said they were delivered but nothing! Absolute worst flower company! DONT USE THIS PLACE. Use 1 800 Flowers instead!!!
