“The birthday flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon and I paid extra. I never got an email confirmation so I had to take time out of my day to call them. They lied over the phone and said they would be there by 3:30 p.m. Flowers arrived at 6:30 p.m. I can't believe someone was still in the office to received them. And the balloon wasn't even full. PATHETIC! What could of been a special all day good feelings wasn't. I won't use this company again.”

“I upgraded my order to a premium bouquet and paid $95. I was sent an arrangement that was even smaller then their standard arrangement. This is the second time this has happened (happened the previous time I ordered a bouquet from them). When I requested that they send the correct bouquet order the same exact thing happened again. “The flowers our friend received (from our order with this company) were ugly, plain, and cheap-looking. We are embarrassed that she thinks we would send her something that looks worse than flowers sold at a gas station. The bouquets on the website are huge, colorful, lush, and gorgeous; they pulled a bait and switch on us. When our friend sent us a photo of what she received, we were shocked and I immediately emailed the company. They did not respond other than to give me a credit of $9 (on a $60+ order)!!! Totally unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and am kicking myself for not reading the reviews before giving them my business.”
“I ordered a premium bouquet for my in-laws for Christmas. It looked NOTHING like what was advertised. In the advertised picture, the premium bouquet had 7 roses just on the one side featured. It also had several ornaments through the arrangement. The order received had a total of 6 roses & ONE ornament on one side! The “tree topper” was not on top of the tree, it cascaded down the side of the BUSH. And who thinks that a fireplace looks fitting to place a tree on top of it? I was so embarrassed! I have emailed them several times & only received one response asking for the order info which I did reply with ALL info they asked. STILL no response!”

“Absolutely frustrating and horrible experience. I ordered a Christmas arrangement for next day delivery. Paid extra for it. Was told over and over and OVER that my arrangement was out for delivery. Then someone from a call center would call and say "We apologize. We will make sure the flowers get delivered." IT NEVER HAPPENED. I don't need apology after apology. I didn't even get upset at the people over the phone. I simply stated I was frustrated and have lost trust in this company. If I hear one more time that it is out for delivery I will scream. Then I get another call saying the florist ok'd the oder. Then I get another email saying the local florist did not pick up the order. Seriously do NOT use this company. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. AND I still have been charged. There are far better TRUSTED flower companies. The sad part of this is the importance of the flowers. “I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 28th of December for 12:30 and at 1:10 I get a call from their customer service wanting to know about the funeral home when clearly it says a church with all the correct information, then she wanted to know about delivering them later to the recipient which the flowers were for the deceased memorial. After that question I was just done and replied give me my refund...I don't care what kind of discounts they give I will never do business with them again”

“Kept sending me an email that I had a credit so I placed an order and was then told by a supervisor that it was for a future order! I said this is a future order you sent me three emails over the last three months telling me I had a credit. I canceled my order if that’s how they do business I don’t want to deal with it. attempted to contact me or either of my neighbors but didn’t. If I could rate this delivery with a negative amount I WOULD.
