“Do not use this company. You will be very very sorry. After waiting all day my wife finally gets her birthday flowers , balloons and big box of chocolate.
I had paid for a big bouquet however upon the receipt it was quite small.
The box of chocolate had already expired.
Get an email at 2:30 pm that it was delivered, but there was no sign. I called the customer service which unfortunately was in India but the man insisted that it was delivered. I was offered a redelivery the nexbut I asked if I could get a refund . I was asked to call back in 30 minutes.

“This place to sees you and lies to you supposed to be an arrangement in a vase not delivered at a box on the back of a UPS truck that's been bouncing around down there for a day and a half I will never ever never order from this dumpster again they pacify You by telling you they will credit you 50%, however they only give you about 20% of just the flower how can I flower survive in a cardboard box with no water shipping for 2 days it can't nothing like buying somebody a flower gift when they got to put the thing together how embarrassing company needs to be shut down”

“The flowers were delivered on time, the chocolates I ordered with them were not delivered at all. When I contacted them, they offered a refund for the flowers. I said I'd rather the chocolates were delivered. But they do not deliver chocolates only. Lame customer service.”
“I was disappointed at the sight of them. Not at all what I ordered. I selected the largest of "Blissfully Yours" 69.99. in a red vase. It arrived more like the tiniest arrangement. I felt ripped off. Seriously disappointed 😞”
“Used on granddaughters "get well soon" was great, so used for Daughter bday, What A Mistake ! Not only did they Not do what I paid them to do, my problem was they didn't tell me till it was too late to use someone else and get daughter a present from someone else. They waited till after delivery time and then notify me won't be able to make delivery ! NOT RIGHT, should be able to sue for damages, they have damaged me. These companies that just use words of apology with nothing there !

“I paid an exorbitant amount of money to send my daughter flowers for her birthday—she loves sunflowers. I ordered the advertised "SUNFLOWER GARDEN". What she received was nine dead roses in a box. I paid extra for a vase, which was also in the box and had a chip in it. I also spent the added amount to have her flowers delivered early to her - and that didn't happen either. When I reached out to offer my concerns, I was told I would receive 30% of my purchase returned to me. Never, ever again will I use this "company".”
“They sent the wrong (cheaper) flowers. They were not even close to what I ordered. I ordered white lillies and roses, but got mixed colored flowers. I read the reviews and debated using them due to poor reviews. However, I gave them a chance but will not use them again. Customer service stated they would give me a 30% discount off cost of flowers only, and a coupon for future use. So I basically got the bait and switch scam.”

“Ordered flowers and they were left on the front porch in single digit weather. Water and flowers frozen, no covering at all. Called customer service and they wanted to refund me 20% which I refused. They were to re-deliver the flowers and never did. Called customer service again, this time they wanted to refund me 50% of the order which I also refused. I demanded a full refund. Let’s see if I get it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!”

“I thought I was ordering from 1800flowers and somehow was redirected to this site. I ordered a $40 arrangement to be delivered same day. A few hours later I was notifed that they couldn't delivered same day. They did refund me that cost but I was unhappy with that since they offered same day service. Once the flowers arrived they looked nothing like what was pictured, nor was it worth what it cost. When I emailed the company about this they offered a $15 gift card. I never want to order from them again so they can keep there $15. Buyer beware. Don't order from this company.”
“Zero stars. The worst experience ever! My mother ordered an up-sized ivory and gold centerpiece for the Christmas dinner table to be delivered on 12/23. Well, we got flowers on 12/23, but they were a cheap small "centerpiece" of red carnations with greens and a gold candle that wouldn't stand up. Worth $20 maybe. I called and they promised to deliver the proper one on the 24th. Didn't come. Repeat steps - promised on the 25th. This time I also asked for a credit for all the hassle. 12/25 - no flowers, no refund. Repeat steps on 12/25. Repeated promise for 12/26. 12/26 - no flowers, no refund. Stupidly tried once more for 12/27, but as usual, no flowers and NEVER any refund. The credit card company stepped in and gave my mother the refund. This company is a SCAM.”
“I wish i could give it zero stars. DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING or shop here at all. Flowers came over 7 hours late and was the complete wrong order. Tried to surprise my GF when she woke up on her birthday”
“I would never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. This company lacks communication. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend because she just recently lost her father. My order was supposed to be delivered 2 days after I ordered it (perfectly fine and I was happy with that) but it got pushed back TWICE and ended up arriving 4 days after the original delivery date which also ended up being after the funeral. Not to mention, the morning of the delivery date I received an email from the company saying the original arrangement I ordered wasn’t going to be the one delivered. I was frustrated because I feel that information should’ve been told to me sooner. In the end, she did receive her flowers and was happy with them but I will never use this company again because of the lack of communication throughout the whole process.”
