I had flowers set to be delivered to my 80 year old mother at a cost of $186.77 on December 24th. Now it is 6pm and they have not been delivered, and I just received an email saying the address is too remote. However they have delivered to this address several times before. Now they’ve replied saying they can deliver on 12/31. apparently it’s not too remote for New Years Eve. I’m filing a chargeback and never using this company again after being a long time repeat customer. It’s sad to see a business destroyed overnight but that’s what happens when they let thousands of people down on a holiday and understaff with phone reps from foreign countries.

Flowers were apparently substituted slightly. There is nothing slightly about this. They went from congratulations bouquets to what i couldve picked up at walmart for a fracture of the price. They offered 30-50% refund which leaves the total still higher than I would pay for theses! Very very disappointed!

Buyer Beware !! I ordered a “special flower arrangement with a figurine”that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. 12/23. I ordered them last week. There was a total run around with From you Flowers . They said they were delivered yesterday 12/23, they were not, then they said they would be delivered today, 12/24, they are not ! Then they changed to Friday the 27th ( I called customer service 3x only to get a different story every time. All of their customer service representatives speak broken English and are barely legible. Also they said there may be a slight change to the arrangement, I said they had to be the same ones with no changes. I called again and the Rep. said they were being delivered the 27th with NO substitutions. I asked for a refund and tried to order from someone else, and they can’t be found, they don’t deliver to that area, etc. I have ordered flowers for her before and they do deliver flowers to that area. These were for my Daughters birthday on Dec 27. There are no flowers to be delivered. I spent over 100$+ I am supposedly getting a refund from From you Flowers. I am very upset as these are sold on holidays only. I hadn’t heard of From You Flowers before and thought I’d try it. I was a little hesitant, but it was advertised with other vendors I had ordered from before. Harry and David, Shari’s berries, Cheryl’s cookies, etc. From you flowers was listed with them so I thought it would be ok. I was wrong! I am totally devastated because she sent my flowers from Illinois and I received them on time. I took a picture of them and sent it to my Daughter, they are beautiful. So I told her I ordered the same one for her and she was ecstatic! Now there are no flowers available for her birthday. I haven’t told her yet. She is expecting flowers Friday 12/27. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! I wish I would’ve read these reviews beforehand ! This has ruined my plans for Christmas Eve dinner tonight and I cancelled my reservations. These are special collection flowers that have a lit up centerpiece. Not just regular flowers. This is for a large dining table. My Daughter will have no flowers for her birthday or for her dining table . M Lake

I placed an order for flowers and a balloon for a new baby to be delivered the next day. I got an email half way through the next day saying my flowers wouldn’t be delivered that day but would be delivered within the next two days. They wont even be in the hospital at that point. Terrible customer service and false advertising for same day delivery.

They gave me a delivery date that they didn’t abide by and changed the date two times, ultimately saying that they would deliver my Christmas flowers one day after Christmas! I read several reviews about how they never deliver by the proposed delivery date and their scamming ways. Ultimately, I demanded a refund and if what I read is true, I’m going to have to fight like hell for my money. Their customer support must be someplace in India, but they are the worst communicators I’ve ever experienced! Never again!

I ordered a christmas arrangement for my sister that lives out of state from me on 12/18/24 for a delivery date of 12/23/24.The 23rd evening no email no updates nothing I called customer service the gentleman apologized for my inconvenience and stated they will be delivered tomorrow.So mad!! Their chat line wasnt much help either.I requested a refund and she stated a 20% refund would be given and their florist would be contacted?? Have no idea if my sister will get her arrangement

Terrible service. Ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday. Paid a little extra to make sure they were there the next day. No biggie, my fault for waiting! I waited all day and then received an email they were delivered, but unfortunately they were not. My parents even drove around the neighborhood to see if they got the house wrong. Nothing in site. So I called this company and they apologized and said they’d resend them out and they’d be there by Sunday ( next day) perfect! Sunday came and nothing, Monday came and nothing. When I called back to see what is going on, they did not have any “reorder” going out, and said they process it now but it wouldn’t be there until after the new year. ( they were suppose to be delivered the 21st!) I said absolutely not and to refund me. They told me they could not refund me but could give me a 10 dollar ONLINE CREDIT. lol no, not accepting that after I paid over 100 dollars for flowers they weren’t delivered not once but twice. Called my bank immediately and they disputed the charges.

I ordered a Christmas bouquet for My senior citizen schizophrenic sister, living in a nursing home type place to be delivered four days before Christmas. Since I live along ways away and she will be getting no visitors from family, I wanted her to know in the holiday season she wasn’t forgotten. I scheduled for Dec 21st, and was notified on the 21st that the bouquet wasn’t delivered but would be delivered on the 23rd. By noon on the 21st it hadn’t as yet been delivered. On a 50.00 order, which includes delivery, I was refunded 5.00. Terrible service, and the 5.00 hardlybrecompenses dor this lousy service. I will never order from them again.

I placed an order online on 12/23/24 at 7:30am. I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery, $2.99 for same day delivery and $15.99 for delivery. My order total was $96.76. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/23/24 by 12:pm. I received an email at 2:30pm 12/23 which stated, Unfortunately, our florists in your recipient’s area did not have the item that you requested and has contacted us to see if a substitution of a beautiful florist designed floral arrangement would be acceptable. We will need your permission before we can proceed with the substitution and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us as to how you would like to proceed. Thank you, Customer Service From You Flowers So I called the from you flowers and was greeted by a rude customer service rep. who stated not only was the arrangement I selected not available but that anything I selected in it's place could not be delivered today! She did offer my 30% off if I agreed to delivery on 12/26/24. No other solution was offered. I cancelled my order all together and I will NEVER us this service again!

The worst florist company ever. I have order multiple times and EVERY time there is either a change to the delivery date(which I charged extra to be delivered on a specific date) or the flower design that I picked out arrived COMPLETELY different. Horrible horrible company. All google reviews are fake the normal customer can't even put a review on there it's all bots.

I paid $126 to have Christmas flowers delivered to my mom before Christmas. They contacted me via email to say they need to substitute my request which I was ok with. Then the day of delivery (today) 12-23, they contacted me again via email and said they could not deliver my order and the best they could do is 12/26. I called customer service and they explained that no local florists were available to fulfill the order. All this would have been ok if I knew this a few days ago and had time to reorder or do something else for my mom. They should have checked with the local florists when I placed my order to see if it was doable and then contacted me. They offered me a $20 refund for the troubles. I'm very frustrated.

Very disappointing. Should not have to receive multiple emails (which I found in spam after the fact) or suspicious voicemail which I could barely understand hence also figured it was a scam, just to get flowers. They cancelled the order due to not knowing how I wanted to proceed and said I’d get full refund to my card. BUT if I don’t see it within 1-3 business days, contact credit card company. Whole experience feels very fishy. Never again.

NEVER ON TIME AND DO NOT GIVE THE FULL AMOUNT REFUND. ALWAYS GIVING THE RUN AROUND ON DELIVERY. WORST FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE! QUALITY OF FLOWERS ARE TERRIBLE AS WELL. THEY DIDNT EVEN LAST A WEEK

Very poor. I should Have stuck with 1 800 flowers. This company from you flowers is a scam. They say that are out is Old Saybrook CT. The flowers were to be delivered to Cromwell CT. Not that far away. If the get Silvered at all that will be 5 days late. Will give me a 50% discount. Big Deal. Never again will I order from here. On line it says that are in Vancouver BC I cannot add a photo as my mother still has not received them. She is 92 Does Not put up a Christmas tree and this floral tree Design would have lifted her spirits For the holiday

Another Merry Christmas from this non delivery floral company. ( not even florist company) an affiliate company that sends orders to local area florist to fill. I tried for 4 days ! For arrangement to delivered. They said there was no one in the area. Thats a lie. Day 2, and 3 they said it would be delivered by 7pm. That's was a lie. I see how these e-commerence affiliated program gives local florist bad name and take high percentage cut , and lie to consumers.
