“My friend ordered me flowers from here. Paid for express delivery. Arrived 3 days later. Flowers were awful. Don’t look anyway like what was ordered. Total trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS SITE!!!! Save your money and call a florist direct yourself. They offered a 30% refund. What a disgrace. Should have been 100% refund for the state of the flowers that was delivered. Shame on you guys!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. “I ordered 2 Gourmet Chocolate Indulgence gift boxes for my 2 best friends for Christmas. I thought it would b a nice alternative to flowers or gift cards. Well, one friend received hers today. She thanked me for the gift and sent me a pic. There was no gift box. There were several small bags of snacks in the plain old cardboard box they were shipped in. These are Christmas gifts! They CANNOT be displayed! So Very tacky! Not an appropriate gift, especially for a major holiday. And I bought 2 of them!!! The other should b delivered tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.”

“Absolutely embarrassing. Awful. I purchased a beautiful Christmas arrangement for my mother. The day before it was to be delivered, I received an email stating that this arrangement was not available and asking if I would I be willing to substitute for an equally beautiful arrangement. I agreed. What she received was HIDEOUS. It looked like they went outside and ripped leaves off the bushes in the yard. I was so embarrassed that she received that. And for $70.00 I trusted the substitute would at least be attractive...but it was HORRIBLE. Never again!”

“First time I used them single dad of 3 and this time of year is always stressful so some thing have to be last minute living paycheck to paycheck ordered a dozen roses for my daughters 12th birthday. Paid for expedited "before noon" delivery when checking on the order it stated by 3 ...... contacted called was told they were delivered at 130 this delivery was a box left at the front of the school which wasn't discovered until dismissal obviously couldn't be delivered at this point and the reason I know this is because the principal called and asked why someone would be sending flowers to my duaghter. Obviously the principal hopes it wasn't anything nefarious and would have known they were from dad if the card had been with the flowers so now my daughter is home no flowers no card because they are locked in the school until tomorrow. Don't use this company if you want something done quickly and properly.”

The person helping me could not speak fluent english and had a difficult time helping me. “Under no circumstance should you be ordering flowers off this website. Especially pink peonies. Ordered a 70 dollar bouquet of pink peonies, beautiful flowers, delivered 3 days later, stems were dead and the flowers came in buds, after putting the water in and seeds in the flowers blossomed about 20% and turned brown two days later. Very disappointed in the quality of these flowers and the conditioner they were delivered in especially for such a high cost. Highly recommend going to any other website for flowers.”
“Yikes. I wish I had found this website with reviews prior to ordering. I ordered an arrangement for a friend and didn't even request same day delivery - the delivery was for days after the order was placed. It never arrived. I contacted their customer service a week after and was told someone would get back with me after investigation. Another week passes and I didn't hear a thing. Finally, sucess by talking to someone on their website chat feature. Full refund. They were prompt and helpful, but so incredibly disappointing that my friend's event was missed :/”

“I paid for expedited shipping, they failed to meet the time frame and rescheduled for the following day with the understanding the order was a priority. They failed to deliver by 12pm the second day as well. They did apologize and refunded the expedited fee but that didn't change the fact they are offering a service they are unable to provide.”
