“Bouquet delivered wasn’t even close to what was ordered. Ordered a gingerbread house vase (upgraded version) w/ flowers & what was delivered was only a clear vase & flowers after an email said a replacement was needed. Will Never use From You Flowers again-what was delivered was CHEAP!”

“I ordered a Christmas bouquet for My senior citizen schizophrenic sister, living in a nursing home type place to be delivered four days before Christmas. Since I live along ways away and she will be getting no visitors from family, I wanted her to know in the holiday season she wasn’t forgotten. I scheduled for Dec 21st, and was notified on the 21st that the bouquet wasn’t delivered but would be delivered on the 23rd. By noon on the 21st it hadn’t as yet been delivered. On a 50.00 order, which includes delivery, I was refunded 5.00. Terrible service, and the 5.00 hardlybrecompenses dor this lousy service. I will never order from them again.”

“I placed an order online on 12/23/24 at 7:30am. I paid $4.99 for expedited delivery, $2.99 for same day delivery and $15.99 for delivery. My order total was $96.76. My order was supposed to be delivered on 12/23/24 by 12:pm. I received an email at 2:30pm 12/23 which stated, Unfortunately, our florists in your recipient’s area did not have the item that you requested and has contacted us to see if a substitution of a beautiful florist designed floral arrangement would be acceptable. We will need your permission before we can proceed with the substitution and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact us as soon as possible to advise us as to how you would like to proceed. Thank you, Customer Service From You Flowers So I called the from you flowers and was greeted by a rude customer service rep. who stated not only was the arrangement I selected not available but that anything I selected in it's place could not be delivered today! She did offer my 30% off if I agreed to delivery on 12/26/24. No other solution was offered. I cancelled my order all together and I will NEVER us this service again!”

“The worst florist company ever. I have order multiple times and EVERY time there is either a change to the delivery date(which I charged extra to be delivered on a specific date) or the flower design that I picked out arrived COMPLETELY different. Horrible horrible company. All google reviews are fake the normal customer can't even put a review on there it's all bots.”

“The only reason I gave one star is so I could review. I would give a negative star if possible. I sent what I thought was a lovely gift to a client and it was dead upon arrival. I am disappointed and will never use FTD or this company again and will never recommend. How am I suppose to present in a professional manner when you cannot provide quality product or service?”

“I paid $126 to have Christmas flowers delivered to my mom before Christmas. They contacted me via email to say they need to substitute my request which I was ok with. Then the day of delivery (today) 12-23, they contacted me again via email and said they could not deliver my order and the best they could do is 12/26. I called customer service and they explained that no local florists were available to fulfill the order. All this would have been ok if I knew this a few days ago and had time to reorder or do something else for my mom. They should have checked with the local florists when I placed my order to see if it was doable and then contacted me. They offered me a $20 refund for the troubles. I'm very frustrated.”

“Very disappointing. Should not have to receive multiple emails (which I found in spam after the fact) or suspicious voicemail which I could barely understand hence also figured it was a scam, just to get flowers. They cancelled the order due to not knowing how I wanted to proceed and said I’d get full refund to my card. BUT if I don’t see it within 1-3 business days, contact credit card company. Whole experience feels very fishy. Never again.”

“The flowers looked nothing like the picture. They used burgundy instead of red flowers. Some white flowers looked wilted. Not a one pine cone. And to think I’d use them again by sending me a $10 credit on my next order. NOPE!!”

“NEVER ON TIME AND DO NOT GIVE THE FULL AMOUNT REFUND. ALWAYS GIVING THE RUN AROUND ON DELIVERY. WORST FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE! QUALITY OF FLOWERS ARE TERRIBLE AS WELL. THEY DIDNT EVEN LAST A WEEK”

“What I ordered was nothing like what was sent. After two days leaves were dead and the roses never opened up.I was given a 20% refund the worst arrangement I have ever seen. It was my brother’s birthday I was so ashamed and embarrassed. I will never never order flowers from them again..”

“Very poor. I should Have stuck with 1 800 flowers. This company from you flowers is a scam. They say that are out is Old Saybrook CT. The flowers were to be delivered to Cromwell CT. Not that far away. If the get Silvered at all that will be 5 days late. Will give me a 50% discount. Big Deal. Never again will I order from here. On line it says that are in Vancouver BC I cannot add a photo as my mother still has not received them. She is 92 Does Not put up a Christmas tree and this floral tree Design would have lifted her spirits For the holiday”

“Paid $100 to have a oh Christmas tree delivered to my father for Christmas instead of getting a premium Christmas tree style arrangement delivered with roses and Christmas colors that I paid extra for he received a centerpiece with lilies and pink flowers and candles I placed three separate orders for three separate deliveries and that one was even remotely the right item and paid over $300 for all three deliveries and when I called customer service, they offered me a 20% discount for not delivering the right flowers no refund only a 20% discount”

“My friend ordered me flowers from here. Paid for express delivery. Arrived 3 days later. Flowers were awful. Don’t look anyway like what was ordered. Total trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BOGUS SITE!!!! Save your money and call a florist direct yourself. They offered a 30% refund. What a disgrace. Should have been 100% refund for the state of the flowers that was delivered. Shame on you guys!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Pictures included on what was ordered and the weeds that was sent!!! Again save your money!!”

“Another Merry Christmas from this non delivery floral company. ( not even florist company) an affiliate company that sends orders to local area florist to fill. I tried for 4 days ! For arrangement to delivered. They said there was no one in the area. Thats a lie. Day 2, and 3 they said it would be delivered by 7pm. That's was a lie. I see how these e-commerence affiliated program gives local florist bad name and take high percentage cut , and lie to consumers.”

“I ordered 2 Gourmet Chocolate Indulgence gift boxes for my 2 best friends for Christmas. I thought it would b a nice alternative to flowers or gift cards. Well, one friend received hers today. She thanked me for the gift and sent me a pic. There was no gift box. There were several small bags of snacks in the plain old cardboard box they were shipped in. These are Christmas gifts! They CANNOT be displayed! So Very tacky! Not an appropriate gift, especially for a major holiday. And I bought 2 of them!!! The other should b delivered tomorrow. Not looking forward to it.”
