“My friends mother passed away unexpectedly so I wanted to send her flowers. I paid for same day delivery and by 9pm they still were not delivered. I reached out and the company told me once they got confirmation that they weren't delivered they would get back to me. I told them the confirmation was the fact that they weren't delivered. They refunded me half the price of the flowers and told me they would be delivered today. It is now 7pm and no flowers. I called and got nowhere and was told they would be delivered tomorrow and upgraded. However they could not give me an logical reason as to why this was happening. I told them it was beyond unacceptable, I have a grieving friend whose mother passed 3 days ago now and all I want to do is send her flowers and they refuse to give me a reason as to why they can't fulfill this order. The girl continued to sit in silence as I explained to her why I was so mad and had nothing to say other than to put me on hold and tell me they would arrive tomorrow. We shall see”

“**Review: One Star** I had a terrible experience with this flower delivery service. I ordered a $300 bouquet for my girlfriend to celebrate our three-month anniversary. The flowers were supposed to be delivered within a four-hour window, but they missed the timeframe. Since my girlfriend was leaving work, I explicitly told them NOT to deliver the flowers if she wasn’t present. They assured me the order was canceled—but then still delivered it anyway. The bouquet was left unattended at her workplace, and a coworker ended up reading the personal card meant only for her, creating an incredibly awkward and unpleasant situation for both of us. To make things worse, the flowers looked nothing like the picture online, which was a huge disappointment. While they did issue a refund, it doesn’t undo the aftermath of this mess. Their customer service was horrendous as well. Many representatives couldn’t understand my questions due to a language barrier, and when I asked to speak to someone else, they refused to transfer me. They repeatedly assured me they understood my requests, but they clearly didn’t. Beautiful flowers mean nothing when the delivery and service are this disastrous. I’ll never order from them again, and I recommend avoiding them unless you want a stressful experience.”

“This company is terrible, absolute worst experience from a business. They DO NOT provide the services they claim, and make it impossible to speak with anyone to resolve the issue. I would give zero stars if it was an option.”

“Not what I ordered for my mom. She is too old to put up a tree anymore so I ordered flowers that looked like a Christmas tree arrangement. What showed up was anything but. I reached out to Customer service and received a form letter back and a 20% refund. I just wanted the proper arrangement.”

“My husband ordered flowers, 3 balloons, a teddy bear and a medium size box of chocolates for our 19 wedding anniversary. The only thing delivered was the flowers. My husband was highly upset. He wanted this anniversary to be special. They really messed up.”

“I had an incredibly disappointing experience with From You Flowers. I ordered a premium dish garden for a special occasion, but what was delivered was a basic and underwhelming piece that was nowhere close to what I paid for. To make matters worse, the delivery didn’t even happen on time. I had to call their customer service FIVE times just to get it delivered, which completely ruined the purpose of the gift. The lack of quality and poor customer service were shocking. For a company that claims to specialize in thoughtful gifts, they completely failed to deliver both in product and service. I strongly recommend that others stay away from From You Flowers. Don’t waste your money or time—there are far better options out there. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!”

“I ordered 2 deluxe sympathy arrangements and paid for same day delivery. Neither arrangement was delivered. I called the next day, when they still had not been delivered and was told the delivery van broke down. They gave me this excuse for both deliveries. When I explained that the orders were for 2 different cities, I was then told that the flowers cost too much at one florist, so they had to send the order to another florist. I was then assured that both arrangements would be delivered the following day. Neither arrangement arrived until 2 days later! When one had been delivered but the other had not, I asked for a refund and was told they could not cancel the order because it was out for delivery. SO FRUSTRATING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Once both orders had been received, the recipients sent photos of what had been received, neither was what I would consider a deluxe arrangement. They were standard arrangements at best.”

“Ordered a $ 35.00 small order to try out service. Long story short, they missed the address, called,apologies,blah blah, second attempt. Didn't recirved anything, more apologies, more blah blah, third attempt didn't get anything. Demanded money back which I got 2 weeks later.. Will NOT order from here AGAIN.”

“The flowers you delivered is very far ftom the picture!!!! It is not even worth $10. See the difference between the picture in the add and what was delivered. It was an embarrassing gift!”

“I ordered some flowers for a funeral. I received email state and it was delivered. Then the lady called me and said they wasn't delivered. I have not yet got the refund back from here. The order I would like my refund back. And I will not order from this company ever again. Because you make up stories where you're delivering flowers that was not delivered. Actually, you're doing fraud saying they were delivering, they're not delivered terrible service”

“I ordered and paid for the premium package (the top one) from this company and got the basic one. Not exactly what I wanted to give my wife on her 60th birthday. Added both pictures below, see if you can tell the basic from the premium. Will not use this company again.”

“Do not order from here!!! I placed an order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered for a funeral, the day before the funeral by 1030 a.m. They came by ups, which is weird, were on a truck for 2 days, and were delivered at 405 in the afternoon. Left on a porch where it was 10 degrees. They were not delivered, were not there for the funeral. Still have no clue what happened to them. Asked for proof of delivery, such as a picture. No picture, just a receipt saying they were delivered to a porch. Very poor service. Don't waste your time or money. I did get a refund but I wanted the flowers there for the funeral service not a refund.”

“Extremely Poor Service – Delivery Date Ignored I paid extra for same-day delivery, but they delivered it the next day! When I called to cancel, they claimed the order couldn’t be canceled because it had already been prepared. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Why charge for a service you can’t fulfill? “Nope, I won't go with this company again. I ordered a "premium" value bouquet to celebrate the Grand Opening of a family member's new business. I wanted flowers that would generate a "WOW" from the recipients. The bouquet that the family member received was not what I ordered. Oh, the correct flowers were included but there was clearly a discrepancy between what I ordered (based off of the site photo) and what was delivered. I was willing to pay the $ amount for the "premium" flowers pictured on the website. But I feel cheated by being sent a bouquet of lesser value when I in faith paid for the premium value. Better service from you will generate higher review ratings.”
