By far the worst delivery and treat ment from a flower service. Paid extra to get the vase the the flowers would lool as much like the advertised picture as possible. The flowera showed up in a box seperate from the vase. They were not aranged at all. Ruined the whole experiance.

I Will never order from them again paid $87 to get a box. I’m surprised the flowers are even alive and a day late. I thought the flowers would come from a local flower shop /service. It came all the way from California to Wisconsin. 😳

This place is just terrible. I ordered flowering plants in a basket for around $100 what we got were cheap terrible looking flowers, no plants in sight. I called to complain, they offered me a 20% discount, they didn't even offer to deliver the correct order. Then they offered me a 30% discount. After a while I finally got them to agree to refund my money. Terrible quality, terrible customer serve, just terrible.

Paid for expedited shipping to get morning delivery, ordered at 6 AM for anniversary...then they told me at 12...woops sorry, we can't deliver it on time. Thanks for ruining my anniversary. I should have ordered somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!

Very bad company. Very disappointed. Flowers looked beautiful in the picture but never arrived . Delivery never happened my friend never got her birthday gift. Had to cancel order to get my money back

“I ordered a bouquet for my nephew's memorial that was today. I ordered with the expedite fee to make sure it was delivered before 3pm. At 2:50 i called the customer service center and they said it will be delivered before 3pm. At 3:18 pm i called back and they customer service agent said he could not get intouch with the local florist. They did not arrive until 4:10 pm after the service. They added more stress to an already emotionally successful situation. I would never use or recommend this company again.

I feel like this is a rip off! I never received confirmation of delivery!!! its for a funeral so omg! they received my money super fast! unable to talk to customer service. the chat can't find my order number... I'm so mad!

Ordered flowers and a custom vase for my mothers birthday,placed the order two weeks in advance to be delivered on the 15 .The flowers weren’t delivered til the 18th the vase was broken the picture was sitting in the box and there was no packing material in the box

The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. Not attractive. Do not use this company. Many substitutions and definitely not a deluxe size. I wanted to show pictures but site wouldn’t allow.

This is by far the worst flower delivery company I have ever encountered. I had someone call to verify the order and they barely spoke english.I could not understand half of what they said then they started to yell at me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor she gave me some explanation. However, I could not understand it because she barely spoke english. After speaking with the supervisor and getting no help. I asked what we needed to do to cancel the order. I was told that I could not cancel the order because I did not place it.My husband would have to call in cancel the order. I was also told if it was not verified in twenty four hours, it would automatically be canceled and refunded to my card. When I asked whom to contact to make sure that the refund was processed properly. I was told we don't give out that information. This place is a total scam, and they are using people from other countries to access credit card information. Don't waste your time or money and follow up with a complaint to the better business bureau.

I paid for early delivery and they weren't delivered early. I called several times and was told they were expediting delivery. Two hours later still no flowers. Never use them again

Flowers arrived late even after paying for early delivery. Wasted day waiting. When delivered, left on step with no notice. Also flowers were already wilting, not worth what I paid for. Very dissapointed!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's memorial that was today. I ordered it last week so that it would get there on time it did not it was supposed to have been delivered yesterday they didn't even reach out to me I had to call them and argue with a customer service rep to talk to a manager because the flowers were never delivered he offered me my money back and a $50 credit that's great except that I will never use this company again!!! I also suggest you don't use them!!! This is the second time that they have royally screwed up a delivery of flowers for me. I paid over $80 for a beautiful flower arrangement for my mother's memorial that I cannot attend and instead we got nothing!! I wouldn't even give them a one if there was a negative row they would get a negative for me!!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and they show up 4 days late!! I tried the service dept and no calling me back. Not happy with them, i asked to cancel the next day after my daughter's birthday to a get my money back. I never got my money back!!

I ordered 11/13 for a 11/15 delivery, the delivery fee was $20 and the total bill was $73…they were not delivered on 11/15, I received an email they would be delivered on 11/16….got another email on 11/16 saying they wouldn’t be there until 11/18…I was offered 20% off plus the $5 expedited fee (16$ total) or to cancel ….i cancelled, do not use this company, AWFUL!! STAY AWAY!

I paid almost 60 dollars for the most basic flower arrangement! Barely any flowers ti also paid extra for guaranteed delivery before noon that did not happen. Flowers were delivered at 3pm. Worst service ever

Ordered from them before and didn't have an issue. Ordered a bouquet for my wives surgery and was told multiple times that it will be delivered today. Paid for expedited service. No delivery, no call to say there was a issue. This company has changed for the worse. Do not buy from them, as I will never use their service again.

Ordered 11/10 for 11/11 delivery. Paid the extra for guaranteed delivery before 12pm. The chat feature on their website did not work. I emailed customer service and they said it couldn’t be delivered today and I would be credited $5. never had this issue with any other flower service.

This company has terrible customer service! I ordered flowers guaranteed to be delivered today and even paid a fee to expedite delivery. When they had not been delivered during the time frame, I went to the chat line. The person stated that I would receive a refund on the expedite part of the order but they would be delivered today. An hour later, I received an email that they would not be delivered until the next day. I emailed to cancel the order entirely and now a “supervisor “ will get back to me. I am beyond disappointed and will never give this company business again! Wish I had read reviews first!
