I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered flowers for my friend whose mother has just passed. I paid extra for the “expedited delivery” guaranteed before noon. Needless to say, it was not before noon. I reached out at 12:30p and they “guaranteed” it would be out for deliver next. 5pm rolls around, and still not even delivered. I reached out again, no response. I called and attempted to cancel my order, and they refused. I have not heard another word, still. They were never delivered. Ridiculous and unacceptable that this business “guaranteed” multiple things that never get done.

These people were supposed to deliver flowers for Thanksgiving to a family of mine today and said they couldn’t get it until the day after Thanksgiving now ruined my Thanksgiving. Shame on you people you guaranteed within 9 to 5 the next business day . I called on Tuesday. No confirmation no verification of emails. Ordered flowers Tuesday to be delivered on Saturday after Thanksgiving how ridiculous shame on you guys false advertising, and deceptive trade practices. I should sue you There is no excuse for this at all.

As many on this site seem to have the same issue as I did. Ordered flowers for my Daughter for Thanksgiving and they were not delivered when promised. It took me 4 customer service calls to finally get at least a confirmation email of a refund. We will see in a few days if it happens. I read so may bad reviews and I wish I would have looked before ordering. I will keep contacting this sadly run company until i do get my money back. I work too hard for it to get wasted.

I was so infuriated by what they delivered. Received all flowers not in bloom just buds. Ordered a flower arrangement not a bouquet of buds. Will never order from them again.

Ordered a sympathy arrangement for a funeral on 11/9 that cost me $152.00. They delivered it to my home address. They didn't even knock or call me to confirm or ask "are we at the right place because this looks like a residence? The thought never occurred to them! The sash ribbon was not printed using a professional printer or printing service. They used their hand to write on the ribbon! It was the ugliest thing I ever seen! The handwriting was so horrible and sloppy, I imagined a 5 year old did it! I called immediately and asked them to come pick up the flowers and deliver them to the right place. They refused. After some back and forth, I got a full refund. I will never ever use the trash of a company again. All I see are 1 star reviews

The order was supposed to be delivered on Nov.23rd for a birthday. It finally arrived Nov.25th @ 5:30 p.m. The arrangement was wilted and looked nothing like what I ordered.I wil not be ordering from this company again,and I wouldn't recommend them. They can keep the $20.00 gift certificate.

This company is a scam. They not only didn't deliver the flowers, on the time I expected, they failed twice for the same delivery. By the time I was informed they could not deliver for a FUNERAL it was too late to replace the vendor. Highly disappointed and frustrated with this scam of a company.

What you see on the web is not what you get. You receive a box and a vase, if you ordered one. Also, the price starts out reasonable enough at $39.99, but by the time I placed the order it was almost $80. A box of flowers that You have to arrange is not Professionally Arranged flowers. Plus, my recipient was in the hospital in ICU. Every attempt to cancel, pause delivery or change delivery was a waste of time. Delivery was by UPS. I had to go to the hospital to intercept delivery, which was a waste of my time. Overall, buying from Flowers From You was a waste. I will order from a local florist from now on. They do deliver Professionally Arranged Flowers, easy to contact and probably cheaper.

Horrible, horrible, did I say horrible!!! My mother in law has been in the hospital for a week, leaving tomorrow. We just ordered balloons, nothing complicated! Promises, Promises, Promises were unfulfilled. Now we're asking our money back and they want to give us a coupon!!! No,no,no! We demanded 100% back. WE WILL take legal actions asap, if not reimbursed! They barely speak English, so that exacerbated the frustration.

Horrible service!!! My husband ordered a arrangement at 9am on thursday for a event I was having Friday morning. Even paid for expedite delivery for 2pm(thursday) and it didn't come. The delivery still didn't come Friday evening at 7pm. When I called to cancel they tried to give me 20% off and a $10 gift card. Nope. Then she said what about 30%. That's still not enough. I recieved a refund but I wouldn't recommend this service if you need the arrangement by a specific time

I ordered an expensive Sympathy flower arrangement 2 days before the service. I even paid extra money for an early delivery! When we arrived to the service, we noticed that the arrangement was not there! When I went to check the status online, it still said "processing". At this point I didn't even want the arrangement to be delivered, the funeral service had already started! I was livid that I didn't receive notification of the issue! Had I not been present, I would have never known the flowers weren't delivered! So I went to complain on the live chat. Their response: "Unfortunately, we have been unsuccessful in locating a florist able to complete delivery in time for the funeral services of S/O Johnnie Mae Williams. Please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and know that we made every attempt to find a vendor to deliver as requested. We understand the importance of sending flowers during a time of loss, and we would be happy to reroute a delivery of a suitable arrangement to the family’s home if you could provide us with the address." The recipient's home address is 5 minutes away from the funeral home, so in that case FROMYOUFLOWERS.COM would be unsuccessful in locating a florist for this delivery. In my research, the town has THREE florists! So I asked for a full refund. Poor customer service and I will no longer use this company.

For my birthday my husband ordered flowers to be delivered to me at work, the flowers arrived and wasn't anything like what he paid for, it honestly looked like cheap grocery store bundles thrown in a cheap vase, (I also didn't receive the mason jar vase that was included with the "deluxe" order) he has used them previously and it was fine, this time absolutely trash! No roses, all "filler" flowers, definitely not worth what was paid!

Flowers received were not what was asked for and paid extra for same day delivery. Same day delivery did not happen. Flowers received were not worth the price they charged, they charged for the flowers asked for and did not receive. Using this company was a BIG disappointment. Called several times and complained.

My wife ordered an arrangement for her daughter, paid extra for same day delivery and it never showed up. It did arrive the next day after her daughter went to work. When she got home, the flowers were awful, didn't look anything like the pictures. After contacting them numerous times, my wife was offered 50% off and I'm sure that doesn't include the delivery fees she spent. Avoid this company at all costs.
