“I wouldnt do business with these people. The bouquet that i got for my wife was never delivered. You cant even talk to a real person if you have sny questions or anything. You gotta email them. Shivh pretty ridiculous, if you want something delivered that ssme day or within a couple of hours. Never again!!!”

“Called the customer care number to ask if the flowers I ordered would be there by 1 pm on my daughters BDay and they stated yes I told them how important it was for me due to not being able to be with my daughter on her day but wanted her to know mom and dad loved her very much and unfortunately they lied not once but 4 times offered me discounts which I declined and demanded my full refund back asap let’s see how long that takes DO NOT SHOP here they are terrible and they are inconsiderate of anyones special ocasión !!!!!”

“I paid extra for it would be before noon and they never deliver it. I called customer service. They tried to reach out the florist and no one answered. Worst experience ever they used to be on points. I will never order again from this website.”

“Had flowers sent to my girlfriend’s job and paid extra for them to be there by 12. 1230 and still not there. So I used the chat option and explained everything and the guy said the order has been processed nothing I can do! F’N BS so I called and spoke to someone and they offered me a 30% off!! I’m not ordering from you people again what is 30% going to do. They didn’t even offer to refund my delivery fee. I got nasty and said refund me my money in full or I’m going to report you to the BBB and finally after yelling at him he finally did. F this place. Don’t shop here!!”

“Too many problems to list. They lie about everything and constantly change their story! Order still not delivered and they can't say why maybe this or that but damn right they took my money right away...go figure taking your money is not an issue for this company very good at that!”

“The flower arrangement delivered was very unsatisfactory, resembling little like the photo online. The red flowers, ferns and succulent were missing and the few stems with leaves looked strange. I sent this to a man in the hospital.....shades of pink flowers doesn't work for me.”

“I revived the package today I am so dissatisfied and disappointed of it I want my money back this is Robbery I was promised to receive the best possible quality is that what you send me instead???? I will complain about this to the authorities telling people untruth and not being honest about the service that you claim 100% guaranteed good service and freshness and good quality products this package is nothing compared to what I ordered and all the unreal promises and claims that it will be as good as expected , the flowers are withered old black dry and only nine pieces I ordered a dozen don’t they even can count them??????????!!!!!!!!!!! this is going to court if not fully refunded immediately This is humiliating the customers delivering a product like this this is the second time I trust you and it’s all my mistake that I trusted this website never again nonsense this shop is not trust worthy it’s all lies”

“I ordered some flowers from them on December 8th. I was promised they would be delivered by December 10 they did not honor that promise when I went to track them the flowers were not gonna be delivered to December 11th again this is not what was promised. I should have read the reviews for this company. Avoid Avoid Avoid.”

“Place an order for a friend that just came out of the hospital never got delivered, never even gotten notification that it wasn't going to get delivered until I reached out. I usually don't post one star review however this has happened twice. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE THEY LET ME DOWN TWICE... They will let you down as well”

“The worst experience with a vendor of my life. They made a huge fuss about the order and kept asking for a call back. They wanted bank details and bank statements that didnt make sense. Will never order here and would let everyone know about its poor customer service. They wouldn’t even cancel my order and are not sending the order too thus pocketing our hard earned money. I feel terrible about it.”

“Ordered an upgraded “Oh Christmas Tree” display of flowers and a box of chocolates and it was delivered as the most basic discounted tin of pine twigs and fake berries in a dollar store tin you could find with no chocolate though I paid for all of this. Delivery was decent and it arrived at the right time and place (my wife’s work) but completely wrong order costing me about 100 for a 34 dollar special. I would and will not use them again. No response to multiple emails asking what happened. The pics are not being allowed to upload so you will have to trust me when I say the only thing similar is they are for the holidays.”

“Everything a nightmare. And on top of that, they were ordered by my daughter who's deployed. Just wanted to send flowers to her grandmother. They are liars and scam artists. Cancelled and used a local florist. Never again!! I don't have any photos to add because the recipient never received them. BEWARE!!!”
