“Place an order for a friend that just came out of the hospital never got delivered, never even gotten notification that it wasn't going to get delivered until I reached out. I usually don't post one star review however this has happened twice. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE THEY LET ME DOWN TWICE... They will let you down as well”

“My sister 50th birthday paid extra to get order expedited early and they failed they do not give you refund they say they can give you a future order no one wants to order from your company and the non English speaking characters you have scream fraud. “The worst experience with a vendor of my life. They made a huge fuss about the order and kept asking for a call back. They wanted bank details and bank statements that didnt make sense. Will never order here and would let everyone know about its poor customer service. They wouldn’t even cancel my order and are not sending the order too thus pocketing our hard earned money. I feel terrible about it.”

“Ordered an upgraded “Oh Christmas Tree” display of flowers and a box of chocolates and it was delivered as the most basic discounted tin of pine twigs and fake berries in a dollar store tin you could find with no chocolate though I paid for all of this. Delivery was decent and it arrived at the right time and place (my wife’s work) but completely wrong order costing me about 100 for a 34 dollar special. I would and will not use them again. No response to multiple emails asking what happened. The pics are not being allowed to upload so you will have to trust me when I say the only thing similar is they are for the holidays.”

“I order flowers for a friend. In the picture are what I order and what she received. I emailed and was told I would receive 30% of my $75. Yall need to eat the cost. What was delivered are butchered flowers!!!!!”

“Everything a nightmare. And on top of that, they were ordered by my daughter who's deployed. Just wanted to send flowers to her grandmother. They are liars and scam artists. Cancelled and used a local florist. Never again!! I don't have any photos to add because the recipient never received them. BEWARE!!!”

“ZERO STARS! I regret not reading the reviews. Like everyone else, the flowers arrived late and were grossly different from what was online. Soliciting under false pretenses at its finest. This scam shop needs to be STOP!”

“Absolute Scam! I had ordered the 'you are My Heart' which looked like it has atleast 10 roses with a lot of carnations but what was delivered was 5 roses with a couple of carnations. They looked like they were organized in a hurry. Also had ordered a teddy bear along with it which was not delivered.”

“SCAM!!!!! Do not waste your money like I did. Flowers did not arrive, customer service is impossible to hear Indian on the other side of the world. The lower prices are enticing but GO WITH 1800 FLOWERS!!!!!!”

“This is the company I've ever had to deal with. I was sending something to someone who has major depression had just lost their job and it was her birthday and wasn't delivered that day and the next 3 days I kept getting a letter saying that it was either delayed another day or I got a text saying that he was actually delivered at night ..it was not delivered Imagine if I were to send like a huge set of flowers to a funeral.I mean really it's got to be done. yeah.Don't ever work with this company .supposed delivery was Monday. It o is now Thursday. At 12 noon and still not resolver”

“I ordered this and something totally different came. I also ordered a bouquet for my daughters bday and it's 6 pm And she still didn't get it. They told me they have till 830pm to deliver....wth? I ordered 3 days ago. The day is almost over and who knows if she will even get them this late.”

“Terrible service, today received 2 emails that the delivery was delayed then an email that the flowers were delivered. It was not true, I called customer service and told me that “the florist press the delevered option by mistake”….. net net flowers not delivered and no more surprised for the receipient!!!! Wlll never use this company again.”

“Ordered a nice set of flower for my wife on our 10 year anniversary. It came and it was an empty pot and some seeds. Seeds were not even the right flower. Paid 80$ for an empty pot and seeds. Will not use this place again.”

“I wish I had seen the reviews from other folks before ordering. It happened twice with me for the funeral flowers. I paid for Deluxe on both occasions and received the smallest version. It was a big show down in front of family and friends after paying top dollar. TWICE!!. Do not order from this company and ask for full refund and that will not even compensate for the showdown. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.”

“This was the worst experience ordering flowers on line. I wanted to send flowers to my daughter in the hospital on a Saturday after she gave birth. They said they could deliver in 4 hours first they had to change the arrangement. Then I got notice they couldn't deliver till Monday. I had to call and send them our home address because she wouldn't be at the hospital anymore. Monday came no delivery made my third call and they promised Tuesday delivery. Yet it didn't happen. Made my fourth call this time he tried to say it would be here tomorrow. Then he said we can't deliver to the new address. We can deliver to the first address. OMG just cancel you ruined the moment. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!”

“If i could leave zero stars i would, not only were the flowers late, what i paid for and what was delivered were very different. I wouldve never ordered them if they werent going to be on time let alone only receiving a third of what was supposed to be delivered. Never again”
